The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

Martin is an exceptional host. Attentive, friendly, communicative and always willing to find solutions. Our stay did not turn out to be what I expected and Martin was very willing to solve the problems. That alone deserves the best rating. Because sometimes things happen and the fact that he responded so positively shows the quality of the person he is. The location of the PH couldn't be better. Close to everything. The house is perfect for a short stay, it is spacious and safe.

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

I loved the combination of nature with the comfort of the heated pool, which allows you to enjoy even on rainy days, something ideal considering the changing climate of the coast. The house is very bright, has all the necessary tools to cook and the bed is super comfortable. Also, when I needed a blender, Mariano lent it to me without a problem. All the surroundings are beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy. ¡Excellent experience!

The house is very comfortable. It has three air conditioning and heating units, central heating by radiators. It is suitable for cold and hot weather. It's very glazed and you can see the forest. The setting is second to none. Super quiet. Very comfortable. Some limitations in the kitchen utensils that they promised to resolve. But we definitely recommend it and will surely be back.

Spectacular apartment near the sea. 🩵 Everything is very clean, modern and cozy! Every detail is designed for maximum comfort, it even has a hair dryer in the bathroom, which is very useful when the temperature in the city is low. Gabriela and Gerónimo are very attentive at all times, with high data for walking. It has a beautiful balcony overlooking the square and the sea. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back! We had a great time at Valeria's place. Everything was as described, or better than in the photos. The small garden area and a plus to enjoy the sun. There is a very good WiFi connection that allows you to work remotely. The accommodation is very well located for a visit to the pretty town of Mar del Plata. Nelly was Lovely You can go there without a second thought.
