Holiday rentals with a patio in General Trias

Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It took a bit of time to locate the property, and parking nearby was a bit of a challenge. But overall, it was a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you!

What u see is what u get. Rili looked like in d pix sa listings. Malinis, mabango, at bago ung unit. Responsive c host, so much. Complete ang mga paraphernalias. Highly recommended po sa mga naghahanap.

The place is so clean, near stores when you need to buy foods. Easy access going to tagaytay proper. It is really to the events place that we need to go. Also Leo is very responsive when we need to ask something.

It was a lovely stay with Nicole. I actually considered a lot of things before booking—the water heater, which works (though hopefully they can improve the water quality), and the washing machine, which made it so convenient since we didn’t have to bring our laundry outside. The reviews also helped; they had so many good ones that the single bad review didn’t really matter. Overall, it was a stay well worth it!

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

My partner and I visited his family that lives in Paliparan. Camille’s place was the best choice since it was just 10mins or so away. Her place was near to a lot of convenience stores, a proper supermarket, and food options. Communication with Camille and Faith were also great as they are responsive. There was a minor issue with the place (water leak) and they were able to address it. We had friends who visited for a few hours and I appreciate the fact that they were flexible to allow them even if it was close to midnight. Minor comment would probably be the lack of exhaust fan when cooking. Overall the place served its purpose for us and we will definitely book again when we visit the Philippines.

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

Jannette was very accommodating and very helpful. She was able to give the directions on the location accurately and provided recommendations on local destinations to visit.

we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.

My friends and I had a great time during our stay in Arczai. Modern and minimalist interior with an amazing view from Taal. Worth every penny. The hosts are really nice as well as kuya nhadz. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Would recommend this as a great place to stay. And thank you to our host.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.
