Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

La casa del Torreón se encuentra culminando la edificación. Un luminoso dúplex con cocina, terraza privada y excelentes vistas. Se ubica en la planta segunda y no hay un ascensor.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

It is a sustainable house and independent of the city's energy, which means that we operate with solar panels. We enjoy privileged views of nature. It is essential that you come with your own car. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a que es el sitio perfecto para pasar unos días de tranquilidad y disfrutar de los agradables paseos por la ruta del Mamut.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, familias (con hijos), y mascotas. Los propietarios viven cerca del cortijo para cualquier incidencia o necesidad. Alojamiento como máximo para 4 personas . la piscina es de uso exclusivo de los huéspedes no se comparte y está operativa desde abril a octubre

The Dream of a Cortijo Andaluz: La Solanilla

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 40€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
