In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Lake Chemillé sur I. and tree climbing are 15 minutes away. Just want to rest or go fishing: a private 2 ha pond awaits you 300 m from the vacation rental. This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. No events or parties are allowed.

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small village typical of southern Touraine. No neighbors, unobstructed views of rolling countryside. Large leisure garden with terraces and in-ground pool (May to September). This family home was refurbished in 2018. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.
