Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

First, I was very well received. I had all the instructions I needed. Each is close to everything. Gustavo is a great host, always responding quickly.

Not only Cleusa was wonderful, but the place was also. I spent 28 days there and I have nothing to complain about, only to thank. Cleusa went "above and beyond" in a simple accommodation. She helped us, gave us tips on where to go, had the patience to check us in at 3 a.m. because my flight was delayed, and on top of that, she solved any problems we might have had. The house itself is super comfortable, the pool is always clean (no, I didn't clean it) and it has the quietness that was necessary for these long holidays. 100% recommended! VALEEEEEEU, Cleusa!

The house is extremely cozy, we love to spend the carnival there. My husband simply fell in love with every detail of the house and our daughters took great advantage of the pool and the bedroom upstairs. Host is very helpful and left several things for us to cook 🥰

Excellent space. Smells good, comfortable, pleasant to be in. With everything you need for a good stay (clean and fragrant bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue). Close to the beach and close to the center of Ponta Negra (10 km by car). We love the space in general and would definitely come back.

The place is beautiful and very pleasant, would come back other times. The leisure area is a strong point, beautiful and with many options of rest .. The sea is very intense. The condominium is close to easy access.

We had a wonderful experience during the 45 days we spent in Paraíso Capri. The location in Ponta Negra was also perfect: practical, quiet and with easy access to everything. Communication with Paula was also very easy and practical. We liked the stay so much that we've already booked to come back in July! It is rare to find a place that combines comfort, style, quality and hospitality in this way. It was all just wonderful! The house is amazing, with large, comfortable and well ventilated rooms, providing a lot of comfort throughout the stay. Next to the house, inside the condominium, there is a beautiful river with crystal clear waters and charming fishes — a real charm apart! The condominium is excellent, super quiet, safe and very well taken care of, perfectly meeting our expectations. We were greeted with great affection and attention, which made all the difference. The house is spacious, well decorated and extremely well equipped, with everything we needed to make us feel at home. I warmly thank you for all the welcome and hospitality. Undoubtedly, an experience that will be kept with great affection!

I stayed for 2 days and, overall, the experience was very positive. The apartment has a great location, very close to shops, restaurants, transportation, tourist spots, which made everyday life much easier. The place is very comfortable.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We are a group of 16 people with small children. We have a great time staying here mainly because the tireless efforts of the staffs: Edson (butler/caseiro) and Ana Flávia (chef) and her team. Their unparalleled diligence and professionalism allow our group to enjoy our holidays so relaxed and worry-free.

We had a fantastic stay at Tim's beach house. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the sea, with a beautiful view and easy access to the village. The house is very comfortable, safe, and has a lovely garden and pool that made us feel instantly relaxed. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Rosiani. She’s an absolute gem—kind, thoughtful, and an amazing cook. She treated us like queens and made us feel completely at home with her delicious meals and warm presence. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
