Dining at the Caves de Marson, a delicious troglodyte restaurant in Fouées (1-minute walk). Visit the Cadre Noir in 5 minutes. 10 minutes from the Loire, Saumur and its many tourist sites.

Small country house of about 70 m2 with a large living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom/toilet (towels provided). Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. (Sheets provided.) Access to a terrace. A large wooded garden of about 4000 m² is at your disposal.
