About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

Racing spaces and precious people This is a place where you can feel relaxed together, This is Momoi Hwangchon. Momoi Hwangchon is a relaxing accommodation for two families. There are three bedrooms, and it is a modern hanok consisting of one kitchen, a dining room, and two toilets and a bathtub. Up to 4 people: Main building (use of 1–2 rooms, bathroom, and kitchen); 5 or more people: Annex building (use of 3 rooms and bathroom) ~ In the spacious courtyard, we also prepared the atmosphere that can only be found in hanok. In Momoi Hwangchon, if you come with a light heart, we have prepared basic tableware, basic cooking facilities, as well as shower amenities and towels. It is also equipped with Bluetooth audio and standby me, and if you need more help, please feel free to let the host know and we will help you quickly.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
