Family-friendly holiday rentals in Georgetown County

This was our second time staying here and we had another great experience! The accommodations are just as described and perfect for a family of 4. It is an easy drive to the beach, close to great restaurants, and the pool on site is wonderful for kids.

We absolutely loved this home. It has everything you need and things you didn’t even know you needed! Loved Bubbles, outside shower, hot tub, location is perfection, tons to do, tons of space, beds are comfortable, and all the beach items you could possibly need. The hosts are very responsive and kind. For a family of six and a 1 year old, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation location. Highly recommend this home.

The resort was wonderful; we loved the pools, bars and lazy river. The place was extremely clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff was extremely friendly. The beach was only 8 min away. And stores we needed were right up the road. We had a fantastic stay and will stay there again soon.

The condo was nice. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony.

The home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures listed does not give off the entirety of his beautiful condo. It was so spacious, peaceful, and clean. I definitely got an awesome deal and would stay here again!

Very pleased with accommodations. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned especially the drawers. Would be nice to have a washer and dryer going to the laundry mat is a pain.

I have stayed in this condo multiple times and it never disappoints. I highly recommend it!

Brett’s condo was very convenient place for us to stay while our house was being finished. It had what we needed other than our necessities.

This is a great place to stay. Short ride to the beach! We took our dog for a walk there every day. Everything is nice and close including grocery store. Absolutely loved everything there. Christina was a wonderful contact and took care of all our needs and recommendations.

The place was in a very safe community, lots of older golfers. There was a pub in walking distance that we saw a lot of golfers at. The place is directly across from the pool that stayed opened till 11pm. So mu kids enjoyed night swimming. Rooms were big and lots of space.

Airbnb doesn’t have that the amenities/membership isn’t included in the package you buy. However Peace Vacations made our group feel whole upgrading us and handling the situation with class! They were very active in responding via email! Next time I’ll book through them directly!

I really enjoyed staying at Tara’s home! The home is in a low traffic area but still close to many restaurants , shops and the beach. You feel like you are at home. I would recommend this rental and would definitely consider renting again if I decide to stay in that area again. Thanks so much Tara for all your help and making everything so easy!!!

We loved the location was around everything and short walk to the beach. Edward was a great host and explained the place as it was. Would definitely rent this place again..

Roberta is a Super Host (Hostess) in my opinion. She wemt over and above explaining everything I needed to know. She welcomed my dog nd gave him treats! I would highly recommend that anyone would love to stay here as much as I did!

What a wonderful week at Nan’s place! Everything we wanted to see and do was within quick driving distance. We also walked in the neighborhood and rode our bikes. It’s a very friendly neighborhood to walkers and cyclists alike. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The screen porch was our favorite place to gather and catch up/plan our day over morning coffee. In short: Our family of 6 loves Nan’s place!

Had a fantastic stay here!! Lots of games already there for our family to enjoy! The pools onsite were a great escape from the sand and beach and very easy to get to :). Big recommendation if want a clean and peaceful stay near everything!

We had a great stay (January-February)! The plan to escape a month of new England winter was made more enjoyable with the stay at this condo. We had great space to set up ‘work from home’, cozy area to catch up on Netflix and do a puzzle; and a roomy deck with a relaxing view for morning coffee and afternoon sun! We also loved the access to stores but especially to the the beach. We did not need to contact our host for any issues but trust he’d be responsive if needed.

This is a well appointed condo. The location is excellent with the beach right outside the facility. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Kim responded quickly to our reservation request and was willing to wallet his normal Saturday to Saturday stay too accommodate our unique schedule. We highly recommend this condo will stay again.

Dee’s place was amazing perfect location, 10 minutes from the beach great area loved the decorations and a very responsive host would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again Amazing host would love to give more stars if I could anyone needing an Airbnb you’ve found the best

The unit was in great shape and matched the provided pictures and description. The unit is very close to the pools and the beach. Pools are great and one has a hot tub. Access to the beach was very easy and the beach was perfect for our needs. Unit is located in a gated community so felt very safe everywhere. All the employees of the resort were very friendly and were will to help with any needs that we had.

This was the perfect girls get-a-way for three generations of ladies! There was something for everyone!! The ease of walk to beach, 🏖️ chairs, kids sand toys and pool as an alternative made it the perfect location. The size and comfort of Angie’s Vitamin Sea rental was perfect for our group. She is very responsive and offered early check in if we needed it. Highly recommend!!

Staying at Christine's was like staying with an old friend from college. She was so welcoming and kind. I don't think we have ever had a host as engaged, willing to accomodate our request at a moments notice, or as friendly! The apartment is in a great location for access to dining and activites. Renting a golf cart made accessing the beach from the private/gated lot so easy and it was nice to take a drive in the evening around the gated community. The property was clean, the beds were comfy, and we felt right at home. My son could not get enough of the turtles in the waterway off the back deck and we enjoyed spending time on the patio (tons of great seating out there!). After we left my mother-in-law realized she had left her ENTIRE jewlery bag behind. Christine was quick to respond after I notified her, found the bag, sent an inventory of the contents and mailed it to us! If I could give her property more than 5 stars, I would!

Laci was very easy to deal with. The house was great for a nice family get away. The area around the condo was very quiet, which made the trip even better. The pools were amazing and not crowded. Definitely would book this house for a future trip!
