Apartment holiday rentals in Georgetown

Elaine’s place is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment! The place is very clean, I bring a kid and a baby and have nothing to worry because even below the bed everything is so spotless. The big window is making everything beautiful, when we came in a day, the view is very mesmerizing, and when we back home at night, the night view also spectacular. There is laundy, pool, small playground, mini mart, and food resto at the apartment. The area also very good, near famous hospitals and the check in was a breeze. Would love to stay here again if I’m back to Penang! Thanks Elaine and Patrick!

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

Nice booking and indoor amenities (like living room entertainment, cutlery, plates etc.) for a larger group, has a nice view of the ocean and interesting shopping areas/grocer nearby for convenience. The host was responsive and attentive to questions we had during check-in and the stay. We enjoyed the stay 🌷

Lydia's place was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. Check-in was a breeze and Lydia was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. Loved that it had a smart TV with Netflix perfect for relaxing at night. Definitely a cozy stay, highly recommended!

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

Fast responsive host. Easy to find, quiet environment, had ample amenities to stay for 3 guests. Friendly guards. I felt the check in process is more straight forward, same with the check out process. Will definitely book with him again whenever I come to Butterworth in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at Siang’s Place at Straits Quay. This was the first AiraBNB in a long time where a person showed up to check us in and out. Kev was our contact person during our stay and he was kind, helpful and always available. The unit was clean and comfortable matching the description on the listing. All of the other nice things that people have said in their reviews are true. Even though the unit does not face the water, the balcony is large and nicely shaded in the morning for enjoying our coffee. Some of the things we really liked include the pool and gym (new equipment in the gym and strong AC), the wonderful grocery store just a few steps away, the walking paths along the water (perfect for morning or evening walks), easy pick up and drop off for Grab, and the weekly cleaning service included in the fee. Great stay, we will come again. Thanks Kev and Siang.

My first stay in Penang. Jia's home is compact and extraordinary clean. Washing and drying machine is provided. Comparing with my second stay in another place, Jia's much better. But too bad when I want to extend it isn't available, so I have to move. Jia is also very fast response and everything is well provided. This building is new and the place is walkable to many local foods. Beds are good. I will definetely come back to Jia's place.

The place was very clean. We had to check in very late at 1030 but was greeted by 2 lovely caretakers. They helped with the luggage and brought us to the unit. We even left behind a charger and had to trouble them to arrange a timing for collection. They went above and beyond what they had to do due to our carelessness. The unit is clean and had everything we need. Restaurants and attractions are very near and grab can be easily found to get to the attractions. Within walking distance are many food options as well. There is a back gate of the condo that leads directly to the beach behind. Very accessible. If you are driving, dont have to worry as their parking is a basement parking. No need to go round many levels up and down. Lift lobby is also very near parking lot given. Will definitely book here again if i come back to Penang.

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!
