Such a great location in Savannah! Easy to walk just about anywhere, down to Forsyth Park or up to the river. Staying above Flying Monk Noodle Bar, one of our favorites, was super convenient for late night dinner! It is a noisier location than other areas of town but that’s kinda a given due to it being the heart of the shopping and restaurant areas. The church bells do ring every 15 minutes between like 7am till like 8 or 9pm but they fade into the background after being there a few hours. Not something to worry about! Our dog even enjoyed her stay, there’s a square just a block away for potty walks. We would stay again!

This apartment was great, the premium bedding and other amenities were a great touch. Great location, easy to walk to everything. The only problem we had , the elevator was out of service all 4 days. This is a building management problem though, not the hosts. But keep this in mind if you must have an elevator for mobility.

AMAZING location — it trumps the noisiest. As previous reviews stated, it does get noisy due to steeet noise and thin walls. Place was extremely clean, spacious, and easy to find. The only con is parking is extremely expensive. I paid $170 for a day and half. Would highly recommend the place, location, and black!

Great place. Really loved the interior, cleanliness and location. For the price it was well worth it. I was a bit worried about the noise complaints in the reviews but street noise was mainly heard in the bedroom closest to the street. There was another second bedroom which was very quiet. If you have a bigger group of 2+ people then you might choose to have the heavy sleepers in the bedroom facing the street. Really enjoyed the stay. Just pay attention to the sweeping zone days and hours. You don’t want a ticket !

We had a great stay! The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to many nearby sights. The stay was quiet and private while still being close to many sights!

It's not very often that an Airbnb meets expectations, but this apartment certainly did. I won't reiterate the many other rave reviews, but here are some observations on our stay. Our unit on the second floor faced the street and on Friday and Saturday nights it was indeed very, very loud until the early hours. It rained the next two nights so we were able to sleep. Parking on the street is impossible. And if you were to win the street space lottery, you still have to pay and move the car during certain hours. Two blocks away there is a security patrolled, 24 hour access public garage that is very reasonably priced. We spent under $100 for nearly 5 days; worth every penny. The location is terrific for walking, shopping, dining, sight seeing. We would stay here again but request a unit on an upper floor, and preferably in the back of the building. (I would compromise on the alley view in exchange for a quieter night.) For perspective, we are well-traveled, flexible seniors.

This was a perfect stay for our team as they traveled back and forth from Augusta assisting after Hurricane Helene. There was plenty of space with a beautiful backyard view and Debbie was very quick at responding.

The condo has a great location with access to the beach, pools and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and a great place for a beach stay but it is showing a little age. Overall though, a great place to stay and we'd consider returning.

We stayed at Akash's house for a big family vacation. The proximity to the beach, quiet neighborhood, pool, and all the bed/bedrooms made it a perfect stay.

Black swan is in the heart of where you want to be in Savannah. You will be close to the riverfront and all the parks. MORE than enough to do for 3-4 days in Savannah without even thinking about driving.

Fantastic place to stay if you’re looking to be by the water! The host was very helpful and informative. I would definitely stay here again if I had a large group wanting to go to the lake for the weekend. This place will forever be a memory of a good time had!

This villa had everything we needed. Sara was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was perfect and I would definitely recommend heating if you travel during cool months. The home is spacious & very accommodating for a family gathering!

It Was Amazing Beautiful Views Definitely Will Be Back

This Airbnb was amazing! Paul was very responsive! The space was clean and just like the pictures. We had plenty of space for our family to enjoy one another. I would definitely book this place again. The only thing we didn’t like was no screen door on the door in to the yard and we let a lot of bugs in going in and out to grill. But aside from the from that a definite 10/10!

Time at Debbie’s felt like more time was needed. Sunset and the Lake was all I NEEDED!!!!

This would be a great place for several couples to have separate rooms but want to have space together. We only booked 1 (apartment) since that was all that was available when we first booked. Didn’t spend much time since we were visiting for a wedding.

Really enjoyed my stay here. House was very clean and spacious . Everything worked perfectly. They provided everything we needed from kitchen supplies , bedding , and Toweling. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I would recommend yhis place to anyone it was a besutiful well kept home that had everything we needed. It really exceeded our expections we will use this place again in the future.

LaTanga was great, very responsive and friendly. Place was very clean and representative of the pictures. Just a beautiful place and location. Lots do go - there is golf, the lake (boat or swim) a restaurant, two pools and tennis/pickle ball. If you are traveling far - bring golf clubs, they do not rent!

We loved our stay here at this beautiful home. The host was very responsive to our questions and helpful with tips for use of pool area and BBQ. We enjoyed the pool area all to ourselves and our guests for a BBQ. Also this place was very well stocked in the kitchen with dishes and utensils so it felt like home. They even provided ziploc bags and that was very useful. It had the most comfortable beds and pillows that I want to buy the exact pillow top mattress! We enjoyed it so much and just wish we had a longer stay to enjoy it fully. There was so much space in each bedroom and private bathrooms for each. We would return in a heartbeat if we come to the area again!

We had a wonderful month-long stay and can’t wait to come back! The house was comfortable and cozy. We were in a perfect location for getting around and exploring the island. Great pool, easy parking, very beautiful and quiet surroundings. We especially loved watching the golfers from the porch!

Beautiful lake house with great outdoor space and great amount of indoor space as well! We loved enjoying the pool as we were unable to get in the lake due to the shallow water (accurately listed in listing). Our dog enjoyed the back yard area as well and we appreciated it being fully fenced in.

Everything about it was fantastic and it's located right across the street from the park which for my son and my grandkids made it all the more better. We had remote control cars and remote control planes and we had all the room to do everything we wanted to do.
