Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Germiston

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home in Kyalami. The place felt like a private lodge, with quirky decor that added so much charm and character. We especially loved spotting the deer and tortoises roaming around—it gave the whole experience a peaceful, nature-filled vibe. The garden, pool, and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning African sunsets. The 4-bedroom house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. Gary, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tranquil, one-of-a-kind getaway close to nature.

Great stay, friendly host. Lots to do inside and nearby

The property was simply amazing. The rooms were big each with lovely ensuite bathrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen and a large dining room table that would sit 10 people very comfortably. An added bonus is the dining room table converts to a pool table. The area is extremely quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Johannesburg and superbly situated to get to the various golf courses we were playing as well as some great restaurants. It has all the facilities for entertaining outside including a swimming pool which would be amazing in the summer months, as well as a large garden. The house is kept spotless by housekeeping who came in every day (except Sunday) to clean and make up the rooms. Finally, I cannot say enough about our host Charmaine. Very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you Charmaine, you were brilliant and we all thank you for letting us feel so at home!

Outstanding house. Great location, very quiet, and great amenities. Loved the fast wifi, smart TV, and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, with great bedding. It was easy to get in and out of the house as we had lots of business to attend to -- would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Agnes and Francois' place. The house is modern and decorated tastefully with a touch of old, it has everything that is needed for an overnight or a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

Michael ist sehr engagiert, freundlich, äusserst hilfreich und gut erreichbar! Das Haus bietet für eine grosse Gruppe viel Platz, Freiraum um zu geniessen und auszuspannen. Der Garten, die Braai-area laden sehr für stundenlanges verweilen ein. Die Einrichtung im gesamten Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist in tadellosem Zustand, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, es hat einfach viel Platz! Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und hat alles an Geräte was es braucht zum Kochen, Backen, Brutzeln! Das Haus hat 2 mal wöchentlich, auf Wunsch mehr, eine Dame die sich um die Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und die Pflege des Hauses kümmert. Sie ist eine sehr herzhafte und liebe Person, hilft jederzeit gerne aus. Die Gärtner sind sehr engagiert, halten die schöne Gartenanlage sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. In Kürze: ein kleines Paradies. Für uns als Golfer umso mehr weil das Haus die Aussicht auf den Parkview GC erlaubt…immer spannend zu beobachten wie andere Golfer das Spiel für sich interpretieren.

Absolutely lovely accommodation, beautiful and spacious. Room has sky lights with shutters and plenty big windows for fresh air. Has seriously everything you need from heaters and extra blankets to mosquito lotion. The welcome goodies like fruit bowl, yoghurts and juice was a thoughtful offering (delicious rusks!) It’s a pity the microwave was dirty and didn’t work properly but other than that we were able to settle in perfectly and felt right home. Super close to Sandton mall and in a great area, no problem with ubers. Definitely an enjoyable stay :)

Had a wonderful stay at Miralda’s place. Everything is so well equipped and a lovely spacious space offering a great work area and close proximity to shopping malls and the airport. Very safe and secure and will definitely return.

I had a lovely stay at the Adante Complex. The space was clean, cozy, and well-kept, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made check-in and communication super smooth. I really appreciated the quiet surroundings and the convenient location. What was supposed to be a two-day booking became four weeks! Sam and Clive's place was well-appointed, spacious and decorated in such a way (books included!) that it felt like returning home, rather than going to an Airbnb. It is private, with its own entrance and dedicated parking situated in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood - walking distance to a shopping centre with restaurants and a short driving distance to major malls and amenities. Before accepting my booking, they surprised me by listing challenges (such as a power failure, their unavailability for the weekend) and then checking with me if I still wanted to book despite the challenges. They both met me in the pouring rain to let me in and show me around the cottage. Over the course of my stay they respected my privacy whilst checking in on me every so often to ensure I was ok and had everything I needed - and even made me a meal when I was ill! I would highly recommend the cottage for anyone needing a home away from home!

This home is unbelievably beautiful. Nicky and Andrew are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. Every detail in this home was thought out and it shows. The location is so convenient, 5 minutes from a Rosebank Mall and from Hyde Park Corner. Motherland Coffee is walking distance as well. Overall just a really lovely experience staying at The Treehouse. 10/10 would recommend.

Great beautiful home. Clean and tidy. Has everything you need. Perfect if you have a big family. Unfortunately couldnt use the pool as it was cold. Had a fire place for the cold winter nights. The Tennis court was such a hit. Shoes the care taker was very helpful. I Would recommend this place. My family and i loved it.

Great spot, really spacious and comfortable. Beautiful facilities and amenities. Was also very pleasant hearing the resident Owls calling in the evenings.
