In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. Another double bed can be available for visits of 3/4 guests. In a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by green spaces and free parking spots, and steps away from the charming Giesing. Nearby buses can swiftly take you to Ostbahnhof (10-minutes) or Schwabing (35).

Please note that smoking is not allowed in and on the whole property. Heating outside our heating period (weather dependent) 10€/day.
