The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost, which I use for project work in Munich myself during the week and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations).
