The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Bright gallery apartment with balcony close to the city center

I go on vacation and rent out my entire apartment. It is a cozy, very bright gallery apartment with a south-facing balcony. In summer it gets quite warm, but there are roller blinds and a sunshade for protection and many windows to ventilate at night. Very quiet location, shops and bars are within walking distance. The public transport to public transport is very good. It would be nice if you could water the balcony plants once a day, so that they stay beautiful for a long time.

The flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment building and covers approximately 50 m2. It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). A TOP room with a direct connection to the Munich TRADE FAIR, which is furnished with antique furniture. Shops, restaurants and cafes are very convenient and within walking distance and many beautiful green areas invite you to take a walk. Ideal for trade fair visitors - only 5 stops directly to "Messestadt Ost" with the U2 line, Josephsburg U-Bahn [subway] station. Towels and linens are included. Dear travelers. Since I travel a lot and am not in Munich so often, I like to provide my apartment in Munich to other travelers. For this reason, a clean and fully equipped apartment is provided. Enjoy a modern and artistically designed apartment in a central location. Just 5 minutes walk from metro, tram and bus stops. From the subway station Silberhornstraße it is only 4 stations to the central train station or Marienplatz.

Cosy room in 2-room-flat. You will have a quiet space with a comfy double bed & shared bathroom and kitchen. Please respect my neighbours & me and don't slam the doors. It is a quiet house. The public transport connection is very convenient: 2 min to S-Bahn (St-Martin-Str.), 100m to the tram, 10 min to a subway (Untersbergstr.) 26 min with public transport to Octoberfest (S bahn to Ostbahnhof and then U5 to Theresienwiese)
