You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

Dear travelers. Since I travel a lot and am not in Munich so often, I like to provide my apartment in Munich to other travelers. For this reason, a clean and fully equipped apartment is provided. Enjoy a modern and artistically designed apartment in a central location. Just 5 minutes walk from metro, tram and bus stops. From the subway station Silberhornstraße it is only 4 stations to the central train station or Marienplatz.

Perfect accommodation for those looking for a clean and quiet apartment, which is less than 2 minutes from the Isar. Especially in summer, an ideal starting point for a city tour and a morning jog along the Isar. Bus and metro stops at Columbus Square are just around the corner and in a few minutes you are on the A 8 towards the mountains.
