My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

We stayed at the Tucknee Inn in June 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was simple, and the cabin was easy to find. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how exceptionally clean and well-maintained everything was. It felt fresh, tidy, and cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals, which is ideal since dining and grocery options nearby are limited. It included a full-size oven, fridge, Keurig, pots, pans, utensils, coffee, and cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and the backyard was a great place to relax, complete with a propane grill, fire pit, and a swing. Ichetucknee Springs is just a 3-minute drive to the north entrance (swimming) and about 10–15 minutes to the south entrance (tubing). The area also offers plenty of other nearby parks as well. A heartfelt thanks to the host for helping make our family retreat so special and memorable. We highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! The location was perfect for visiting all the springs and it was quiet and private. Saw dear and wild turkeys in the yard and neighborhood. The kitchen had many extras and the pool and downstairs kitchen were fantastic! Great memories were made! Thank you for sharing your space!

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

Plan accordingly. Screened in walls but very sealed up. No issues with bugs. Weather was perfect for our stay. You will need your own pillows and blankets and electric fans during the warmer months. It rained a little during our stay and the sound of the rain on the roof and sounds of nature were very peaceful. We wish we would have booked a longer stay.

Brittany was very responsive and helpful and just an overall wonderful host! Short 10 min ride into town where all your essentials are available. Close to Florida's pristine springs and rivers! Highly recommend this little gem!

I stayed at this cabin for my birthday trip to visit Ginnie Springs, and it was absolutely perfect! The location was peaceful, the cabin was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. To my surprise, the bugs didn’t bother us much at all—though we did come prepared with bug spray just in case. The host, Nildari, was incredibly kind and attentive, even offering to replenish things like firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid if we ran out. But the real star of the stay? The outdoor shower. It was beautifully set up, felt super clean, and had amazing water pressure and temperature—honestly one of the best showers I’ve ever had. The bathrooms were also immaculately clean, which I really appreciated. And being just 15 minutes from Ginnie Springs made the location even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the springs!

We loved this place!! It was great to have a fenced in yard for our dog. The house was clean and close to many beautiful state parks. Gary was a very responsive host and we would love to stay here again!

We loved staying at Brittany‘s. It was the perfect mini vacation for our son fifth birthday. We woke up each morning and fished in the small pond (we even caught two fish!) next to the cabin, fed the horses, goats, donkeys and cows and even took a dip in the pool when it was extra hot in the afternoon. At night, we made a fire and roasted marshmallows. We were close enough to all the springs so we would go on day trips in the afternoon. I would say if you’re looking for quality family time this is a great place. Brittany is such a wonderful and gracious host, you just can’t beat Southern hospitality. Thank you so much for making our Father’s Day and birthday so special!!

This was a great place to stay, remote and peaceful. Follow the directions, cabins are at the veryyy end of the long dirt driveway. I loved sitting by the river in the morning drinking coffee. Make sure to bring fresh water and coffee supplies. I got incredible sleep on the comfortable bed. This place is a great relaxing escape with no tv. I turned off my phone. Thanks and I'll be staying again!

This place is fabulous. Here is some info based on my experience: -Owner is lovely and responsive. -2 Bedrooms- 1 has 2 singles, 1 has a queen. Ample bedding and pillows -Main area of the home is an open space divided into a kitchen and living area. Kitchen has ample cooking/eating items to use. Living area has a couch, a few other chairs and a TV. Counter top space between the kitchen living area with chairs around it for eating. -Off the living room is a large screened in porch with tables/chairs. -Internet, satellite TV, heat, and A/C all work. -A long raised deck connects the home to the water. In the winter, with the bare trees, we could see the river from the house. Plenty of space at the end of the dock to sit and enjoy the river. We had our paddle boards and did a few paddles between the house, Ichetucknee park (favorite was from north entrance to the house), and the Sante Fe River. Convenient to be able to put in/take out on the Ichetucknee! -We will return!

Our stay was so peaceful. The home was clean and cozy. It felt like we were in the jungle, which was really cool. The wrap around deck was beautiful. Bina and Sanil were great hosts.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy 200 sq. ft. shed-turned-retreat near the Santa Fe River. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug and unwind in nature. The space is small but beautifully designed, and the outdoor setup really makes it special. We loved the outdoor shower and bathtub—there’s something magical about bathing under the trees! The hammocks were a favorite for morning coffee and lazy afternoon naps. Best of all, the river is just a short walk away, and we spent hours paddleboarding and floating in the peaceful water. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful, off-the-grid escape.

The Sugar Shack was the perfect place to escape from our hectic south Florida lifestyle! It was remote but close to small towns and our beautiful Florida Springs. It was so peaceful to be in the woods and relax on the Suwannee River in the big chairs provided!! The big oak trees all around are magnificent and the cabin is cozy and dreamy and has everything we needed for cooking out on the grill and sipping our morning coffee by the lazy river!! Perfect!

Our family vacation at River Run Riviera was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a paradise tailor-made for us. The property was stunning, offering both serenity and adventure, making it the best family vacation we have ever experienced. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Whether we were cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen, enjoying the cozy living spaces, or relaxing on the porch with a view of the water, every detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel at home. The kids had an absolute blast exploring the water and surroundings! They loved fishing right off the property and were thrilled to catch plenty of catfish. The atmosphere was so inviting and safe, allowing them to swim, play, and run around freely while we soaked in the beauty of nature. One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking down the Ichnetucknee River, which flowed right to the property.

This rental offers a quiet, peaceful retreat from the world. It is a nature lover's paradise with deer, hawks, frogs, fish, and wildflowers.

Aydee and Javier were incredible hosts. Their cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy - perfect for our weekend kayaking trip. The location of the cabin was perfect; on a ton of land which made it very peaceful. Aydee was very quick to respond and even came by to introduce herself which was an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you're aiming to take advantage of the endless outdoor activities the area has to offer. Thank you again, Aydee + Javier, we will certainly be back!
