Very private property for people who enjoy quiet life. It is a place where you will enjoy birds chirping throughout the day, with minimal distractions from town; we are 2kms from Nakuru- Nairobi Highway. We are not along Moi South lake road. We are also green:: we are solar powered. We are 10 minutes drive to Lake Naivasha resort, Enashipai and other hotels near the lake. We are 4kms to the heart of Naivasha town.

There's no better deal than this 1 BEDROOM in Naivasha.The neighborhood is super quiet.We have a wonderful community of different nationalities,most of them having lived here for over 20 years.The proximity to most social amenities eg Malls,supermarket,cafes,hospitals is a plus.The house is easily accessible by car or motobike.On foot if you don't mind trek.I can arrange for taxi pick ups and drop offs if need be.

The small house can accommodate 2 with 1 double bed in the bedroom. you really can’t beat the location and price!! It's perfect, centrally located in a quiet flower park neighborhood , the mall and town are just a few minutes away. There's a club house (5mins walk) with good food, gym ( temporarily out of service) , pool and bar too that guests have full access to but at a small fee.
