The Highland Haven is perfect for those travelling the NC500 or visiting Orkney in a group. Our two rooms have traditional box beds and can sleep up to 10 (4 in one room, 6 in the other), each with Ensuite and an extra wet room. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining, lounging area surrounding a wood burner. We have secure parking, laundry facilities, free WIFI and offer fresh scones on arrival (pm for details). The Old Smiddy, Huna, John O'Groats

Close to the village of John O' Groats and on the North Coast 500, the Old Smiddy (an old blacksmith's cottage) has been beautifully restored into a modern home, while keeping many of its original features. The cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms (both en-suite) and has a fold-away camp bed for use by a small child. The cottage offers beautiful sea views across the Pentland Firth to the Orkney Islands and is the perfect base for exploring Caithness, Sutherland and Orkney.

Hillside Camping Pods - Stroma Pod - NC500

Stroma Pod is situated next to Morven Pod in the rural village of Auckengill in Caithness five miles south of John O'Groats. Stroma Pod has sea and countryside views. The shower block is just a few steps away and Stroma Pod has it's own shower, toilet and sink within the block so no shared facilities! All bedding and towels are provided as well as complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and breakfast cereals. One small or medium size dog is allowed. We do not have WiFi.

Tottie's Cottage

A traditional Scottish croft house with sea views which has been lovingly restored to a very high standard with all modern amenities. Located in the most northerly village on mainland UK, with coastline walks and beaches in abundance nearby. A special place to explore or simply relax and unwind. Situated in the heart of John O Groats on the North Coast 500 with breathtaking views across the Pentland Firth to the Orkney Islands making it a perfect base to explore Caithness and Sutherland. The Swift Burgundy static caravan is 28 ft x 10ft. There is 1 double bed and 4 2 foot 6 inch single beds.
