This is in an older, diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).

This is a gated property that is secured. The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a gourmet kitchen. Included built-in washer n dryer. Our home was originally built in the 1930s. The previous owners lived here until we purchased it in 2016. In the ’90s, her grandkids added onto the house and put up a wall to create a small one-bedroom unit for her to live in and they stayed in the rest of the house while caring for her. When we bought the house, we made some light updates, and we feel really lucky to now be able to share this small space with guests visiting Santa Cruz County.
