May Allah be pleased with Mahmoud is a very respectable and flexible person in communication. We need any information with us, a respectable and welcoming person with the guests. We took our rest in the apartment like our house and all the services were available. He reached the top of the apartment in sophistication, respect and good dealings with the guests. Sohail was a great host! The house is super cozy, very artistic and spacious - we felt right at home. The kitchen is well equipped, we were able to cook a good meal. The garden and outside area is well taken care of, with gorgeous plants and a great spot for breakfast. I would definitely recommend it! Sohail was very helpful with the whole process, also helped us plan different trips around Fayoum.

This place is an absolute paradise. The house is very cute and absolutely gorgeous, on stunning grounds. There was also an unexpected rooftop that overlooked the area and the lake which was perfect for sunset! The location was a bit far from Tunis Village but Ahmed gave us the names of some tuktuk drivers who became our lifeline- they were always ready to take us out and about and we even hired their family to cook for us one evening which was fabulous! My only complaint is that we stayed only 2 nights! Would defo recommend this place to anyone in need of a quite, restful and stunning stay.

Ahmed was an excellent host. His communication was great and some of the better customer service I've experienced. Whenever there was a concern or problem he was very quick with a solution. I would gladly book with him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

They also provided me and my family all the facilities, tips and recommendations on high-end tourist places, the apartment is fairy with all the standards : the location, the stunning view of the Nile and the pyramids for the rest, the cleanliness, the furniture of the overnight , the furniture, the full kitchen, security and safety, under the building all the services you need with the possibility of quick delivery, the fact the tongue is unable to thank this upscale family and which I have sealed our services on the last day by bringing a delicious Egyptian breakfast and their family

Mohamed was a great host and guide for our short time in Al Minya. We visited the Tombs Of Beni Hassan as well as the stunning ‘City of the dead’ on the outskirts of Minya. Mohamed was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. Some may feel intimidated by the location of the apartment, however it must be understood it is in a working class area and is off the tourist track. If staying in Minya or passing through the area I’d highly recommend Mohamed and his place.
