Om sommeren kan man tilbringe hele dagen ute på terrassen med spisegruppe, sittegruppe, solsenger, gassgrill, og jacuzzi. Kommer det litt regn kan man kose seg i sofaen under glasstak med varmelampe. Hytten ligger kun en times biltur fra Stavanger. Det er sol fra morgen til kveld. Et veldig koselig sted med badekulp, badstu og badestamp, skitrekk, fiskemuligheter i Bjerkreimselva og skiløyper rett forsn hytten. Stedet tilbylekemuligheter for barn og voksne. Fisking, besøk til gruver, leking i liten bekk rett foran hytten. Det er markerte turløyper fra Turistforeningen og mange fine turer til topper og fredelige tjern. Slapp foran peisen ute eller inne, i badstu/ boblebadet morgen/ kveld.
