Enjoy views of the mountains with a cuppa around our round dining table or BBQ marshmallows on the terrace . Architect-designed cabin in Storlidalen with beautiful view over Trollheimen. Fantastic hiking opportunities for both families and top hikers all year round. The cabin is located by Ångardsvatnet, with a boathouse, boat and bathing facilities. You can also enjoy the view from our wood-fired outdoor bathtub (May-Oct). The cabin has 3 bedrooms, a bed in the attic and an annex with two beds. Parking on the plot for at least 2 cars and ski slope 150 meters from the cabin. Children are very welcome, here are toys and equipment such as a playpen, high chair etc.

The cabin is spacious and has a large fenced plot with nice outdoor spaces for activities for all ages. You can park several cars for free on the plot, about 50 meters from the cabin. From the Gapahuken with a fire pan you can enjoy the particularly beautiful view of Gjevilvatnet and towards the mountains behind. Gjevilvatnet is a 5 min walk from the cabin.

Jenstad is the starting point for trips to Åmotan where 4 rivers meet with 3 amazing waterfalls. You live 5-10 minutes walk from the gorge where the water is thrown down and ends in a shower where the rainbow appears on sunny days. You live on the farm Jenstad with historic buildings from the 1700s where history can be read in every log both inside and outside. Please note that the room height inside the apartment is about 195 cm with a load-bearing beam that is about 170 cm between the hallway and the living room.

Ski slope 150 m from the cabin, very good hiking opportunities in summer and winter. Possibility for fishing and small game hunting.
