Newly renovated old building apartment 5 minutes walk from the city center overlooking gardens. The apartment has plank floors, a modern bathroom and a modern fitted kitchen. There are also 3 lovingly furnished, bright rooms available. The double bed in the bedroom can be separated into 2 single beds. The apartment is located in a charming 3-family old building from 1900 on the 2nd floor. Small shops and a supermarket, as well as a park are in the immediate neighborhood.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English.
