Nearby Ashton Lane is great for visiting during the day and evening for shopping, coffee, eating, drinking and catching a film at the local Grosvenor Cinema. There are about 72 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 24 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.
