We has a wonderful stay in Carmel’s house in Kenmare. The house was perfect, very well equipped and the location was super. Bean and Batch Cafe a few doors up has great coffee, breakfast and sandwiches. We also received some excellent restaurant recommendations from Carmel. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future. Thanks Carmel.

The Old Presbytery, Bonane

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 month ago
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! 8 adults easily and comfortably stayed here for a long weekend. Loved the hot chocolate from the chocolatier across the street, playing card games on the giant dining room table, and following the local hiking book the hosts left behind. We were stuck with two incredibly rainy days and were thrilled to have the space of the house to spread out instead of being stuck in a hotel room. The house has 3 full baths and a half bath, as well as on site laundry which was clutch given our rainy hikes.

Luxury Lakehouse, Cottage & Lakeshore Sauna

CourtneyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We can’t wait to come back here! We’ve just returned from 4 nights staying in easily the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever booked; the photos don’t do this place justice. We’d initially planned to spend most of our time exploring the ring of Kerry but changed our plans to spend as much time at the house instead. The kayaks, sauna and use of the lake made for a really enjoyable weekend of family fun. Lorraine and Claire were fantastic hosts! We will be recommending this place to everyone!

Knockatee House, 3bKenmare River Holiday Cottages

RobinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Knockatee House was clean and spacious, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, and a relaxing outdoor space. It's a beautiful, peaceful, and private location overlooking a tidal inlet where we got to witness the rhythms of the tides. There was always some kind of wildlife activity with swans, herons, ducks and other sea birds visiting every day. The location is arguably more beautiful when the tide is in, and the house really comes into its own when the weather is sunny since it has a wonderful deck to sit out on, making the location really special. We also greatly enjoyed the short walk to the seafront.. so wonderful, especially in the evening. We quickly got used to driving the narrow road, and the location is also pretty central for visiting and hiking the whole Beara Peninsula. The hosts, Anita and Terry, were helpful, communicative and friendly. It was wonderful to actually meet them. They were detail-oriented and attentive. We would certainly stay again

TOBI's vacation home

JohanRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Thomas and Birgit's place was amazing! Nestled in the countryside it is incredibly peaceful and quiet! Really nice to spend time on patio or backyard when it's sunny. The apartment was in pristine condition, with most things being almost brand new. Lots of space, even bigger than shown in photos. Lovely shower with multiple modes, and everything you need in the kitchen. Appreciated the fruit provided, and the kitchen equipment like Tupperware containers and oils etc. The place is very close to Priest's leap which was fantastic just before sunset! Birgit and Thomas were super friendly and also went out of their way to respect our privacy. One of the best places we've ever stayed! ps - the road up to the accomodation is mostly single lane so take care when driving up but it is worth it.

Modern Spacious and Relaxing 4 Bed Getaway

KatieRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We had such a lovely stay, we thought Kerry was so beautiful. We thought Liz was so thoughtful, she left us a basket of food and there were lots of games and books, enough to suit everyone. The house and bed linen and towels etc were lovely and clean. My daughter appreciated the excellent hairdryer.

Stunning Kenmare Bay Views

JillRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The stunning and tranquil view of Kenmare Bay stole the show! After a long day of traveling down from Galway this was the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the scenery. A short walk down the back driveway brought us to a local pub which was an added bonus. The house itself was very spacious and allowed our group of nine to spread out, not only in bedrooms, but also with five en suite bathrooms! My one wish was that, because we had better weather than we expected in April, I would have loved an outdoor grill and a bit more patio furniture. Otherwise, absolute perfection!

O'Leary's Cottage

aliRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in many places around the globe. The house was lovely and spacious and had unique architecture. The grounds were peaceful and private with a lush garden and pristine views of the bay. Spotlessly clean and fresh, it felt like home. Our hostess Rosemarie was wonderful. She was friendly, thoughtful and helpful with local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
