The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and filled with thoughtful touches that showed how much care Rachel puts into hosting. We loved our recent stay, it is very tranquil and secluded and just what we needed for our young family. Lots to do and very generous amenities provided. Beautifully styled, very spacious and well accommodated. The views are beautiful and waking up to Kangaroos on the property everywhere was a nice little touch of how lucky we are to be staying somewhere so remote, yet only 10 mins from Glenlyon and a bit further to Daylesford. As suggested by other reviews, the dirt road to the property entrance is quite long (about 5kms) and your car will get filthy, but all worth it for the seclusion the property provides you and highly recommend.

The Barn is a beautiful space, and Jordan has a great eye for styling (to be expected when it's what she does for a living!). The barn had everything we needed, the bed was probably the comfiest i've ever slept in, the kitchen, bathroom and furnishings were nice and clean, Bobby (the resident Golden Retriever) was the absolute sweetest! It's only a short drive from Kyneton's main streets and was the perfect location for us to both base ourselves for some day trips exploring, but also to spend a lazy afternoon and evening on the couch in the most cozy and enjoyable space. If we ever have a reason to return to the area, I would 100% stay again! With a wood heater and 2 reverse cycle units, it was also very easy to keep warm!

From the moment we walked through the gate and the manicured garden and entered the house we felt right at home. Inside was tastefully decorated and felt very luxurious. The home is warm and spacious and the wood heater in the lounge was a delight to have on the cold Daylesford nights. The house is located in a very quiet street and there is plenty of privacy whether you’re inside or outside enjoying the fire pit or patio. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of action but our host communicated openly and clearly about it and kept us informed of progress to rectify it. When it wasn’t able to be up and running while we were there an appropriate refund was applied. We highly recommend a stay at Greenleaf and appreciated the peace and tranquility of the home and great host who was friendly and very responsive.

Nigel's place was fantastic. Everything about the property was great. Very clean and everything worked perfectly. The view across the paddock was great and the kids had an amazing time exploring the property and trying to spot the kangaroos. We took our telescopes with us and the night star gazing was one of the best we've seen. Highly recommend.

Wow, rarely are we lost for words but not even the gorgeous photos could prepare us for what this would truly be like. As soon as you step into the longhouse you just feel different, the air smells beautiful and the nature sounds are so peaceful. Everything is so well designed and thought of. It feels like a hidden oasis and perfect place to relax. Most of our communication this trip was with Trace who greeted us and showed us around the property. The hosts are extremely helpful and have a lot of pride in their house and what they do. We’d recommend checking the website and booking one of their classes during your stay. I’m running out of space here to write but we absolutely couldn’t fault our stay here which was for our honeymoon. The outdoor bath and sauna are a highlight as well as the luxurious linens and views as you wake up in the morning. I’d recommend bringing some produce up with you and making use of the amazing kitchen equipped with everything you need.

Our stay at The Fat Pony Lodge was truly wonderful. The house itself was stunning spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. One standout feature was the gorgeous stained glass window in the main living area, which added a unique charm to the space. The surrounding grounds made the experience even more special. Feeding the beautiful horses and ponies was an unforgettable highlight and brought a magical touch to our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

We had a lovely stay. Took in the views from the many locations on the property. Fire pit in the afternoon was a treat for a Uke strum and sing along. Could have stayed for a week! Thanks David. Was great to meet you on arrival and hear the history of the property. It's a special place!
