My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

We chose a vibrant style for your viewing pleasure. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom. Jungalow is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Please keep in mind that this complex houses many Chico state students. The building does not allow any smoking at all inside or outside the unit.
