We were looking for an affordable place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was so close to the school and my daughter’s apartment. The place was very clean and the surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The host Mike was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Definitely an A+.

Fun & Funky Colorful Getaway Apt

Welcome to our colorful apartment with four bedrooms! This is located in a brand new apartment building close to Chico’s downtown area & sports arena. The home is noise insulated for your sleep. We chose a vibrant style for your viewing pleasure. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom. Jungalow is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Please keep in mind that this complex houses many Chico state students. The building does not allow any smoking at all inside or outside the unit.

King Neon Lightning LED Experience BRAND NEW

Welcome to our Neon Lightning LED Experience apartment! Every room gets their OWN PRIVATE bathroom here. We had a great time crafting some of the unique elements in this home, and we hope you like viewing it just as much as we liked creating them! From a queen floating bed, geometric shapes, reflective surfaces and distinctive light fixtures, this LED Experience was calibrated for your visual pleasure. The beds are quite comfy too! This is an apartment complex with college students.

Morrocan Colorful Room & Bath

I was in town for work. Overall this was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed and was immaculate. The washing machine was a huge plus and the AC worked amazingly well. The kitchen had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.
