Lake cabin in Stryn

Handsome cabin at the shore of the lake. The cabin has a cozy patio for sunny days, late summer evenings and good memories! The main floor consists of a toilet, kitchenette, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The basement consists of bathroom with shower and sauna. As well as basement living room with bar and TV. The loft consists of a bedroom. Note: here it is low under the roof. 30 minutes to Stryn city center and 30 minutes to Nordfjordeid city center. The last stretch is the narrow road down to the fjord. One parking space for a small/medium-sized car.

IMPORTANT: There is no electricity or water in the cabin. Generator is available for short use and there is an outhouse in the barn. We cannot guarantee water in the river for bathing. The cabin is a good starting point for several great trips into the mountains, and if you want to relax you can do it in the sun wall with fjord and mountain views or around the fire pit.

"Off the Grid" The tranquility of the forest

At this unique and quiet accommodation you can recharge your batteries. It is true that only the body's battery can be charged because the cabin does not have electricity. It also does not have WIFI and mobile coverage is poor so here you can be left in peace in the middle of nature. The cabin has no running water, and the toilet is of the primitive type called an outhouse. But the cabin is in return easily accessible, you can drive all the way up on a private gravel road. If you want to get away from modern life, you are welcome to stay with us.

Cozy cottage in scenic surroundings for family or friend vacation. Has 2 bedrooms, loft with 2 beds, wood stove in the living room, as well as air conditioning and open kitchen solution with dining table. 2 bedrooms with double bed of 140x200cm. The loft has 2 single beds 90x200cm. Outdoors there are several terraces to enjoy the view from, and you can fire up the fire pan if you want. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. You will find everything you need of equipment in the cabin for everyday use. Chromecast is also available.

Cabin in the courtyard in Utvik!

Here you can enjoy the days in rural surroundings, with views to both fjords and mountains. The cabin is secluded in a farmyard, so here you will both see and hear tractors, cows, the rooster, dogs and children playing. It is a 3-minute walk down to the fjord, where you can both swim and fish. There are many hiking opportunities nearby, and it's a short distance to most of the attractions in Western Norway. Utvik town center is 1 km away from the cabin. Distance to Olden about 20 min, and Loen about 25 min, Stryn 35 min.

Lia Lodge

Welcome to idyllic Lia! In Lia you get close to nature and live shielded in idyllic surroundings. With, among other things, running water and toilet, kitchen with simple facilities, a charming living room and outdoor seating area, you can enjoy the comfort of the present in combination with the tranquility and charm of the past. The house has previously been used privately, so this is the first time it is rented out. Approx. 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store. Nice hiking possibilities nearby.

Knausen Panorama Cabins with a beautiful fjordview

Knausen is our holiday retreat which we want to share with you. We can offer two cabins with a total of 9 beds. In cabin 1 you and your family can enjoy your meals at a large table, a well equipped kitchen, a livingroom with a fireplace and one bedroom. In cabin 2 you find a bathroom with wc and shower, a small kitchen and two bedrooms and an attic bedroom. Fantastic panoramaview overlooking the Gloppefjord, only 150 meters distance to the fjord. Several bicycles and seakayaks for free.

Høyseth Camping, Cabin #6

Høyseth is a hidden gem located in the far end of Stardalen valley at the gateway to Jostadal glacier national park. Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. Come and experience amazing nature!

1 room apartment on the 2nd floor of Anna cabin. Incredible view to the Nordfjord. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, with good hiking opportunities both winter and summer. Approx. 20 min by car from Stryn city centre, and about 30 min to Loen skylift. Wi-fi with fiber speed. Next to the cabin is a barbecue hut that our guests can use (shared with other cabins). From 2024 wifi is included. Also included in the rent are bedlinen, towels (1 little and 1big pp), kitchentowel, dishcloth. We have renovated this cabin during the winter of 20/21. It has a new and modern kitchen and bathroom. Tistam is a small, idyllic and quiet place in Stryn municipality. It's perfectly situated near to the fjord in a beautiful scenery known for its spectacular fjords and mountains. Perfect place to relax or as a base for trips and activities in Nordfjord.
