Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

Zowel volwassenen als kinderen genietenen hier met volle teugen van het huis met de volledig omheinde tuin met speelgoed, terras en gratis fietsen! Welkom!

Our beach house is tastefully decorated, a house where the sun always shines and you quickly feel at home. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Bungalow 5 minutes from the beach for 8 persons

The spacious house is located at the end of a dead -end . Together with the big and sunny garden makes this place ideal for families with (small) children. There are 3 sleeping rooms , 2 with a double bed ( 140 and 160 cm wide) an one with 2 bunk beds. The living room is overlooking the garden, the kitchen is part of the living room and has all the necessary equipment( dishwasher, microwave/oven, coffee machine). The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

De woning heeft een ruime badkamer, drie slaapkamers, complete keuken en is voorzien van moderne gemakken. Er zijn 2 parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein beschikbaar. Met een laadpaal voor elektrische auto. Het huis is uitermate geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen, vanwege de riante( afsluitbare) tuin en trampoline.

De woning is in 2017/2018 geheel gerenoveerd, beschikt over 2 parkeerplaatsen en over zonneterrassen met parasols, buitenhaard met 4 fauteuils, teakhouten eettafels met 6 stoelen, ronde picnicktafel voor 8 personen, Weber grill en outdoor tafeltennistafel. De 2 badkamers zijn op de begane grond. Het tuinhuisje is privé.

The house is perfect for four adults or a family with a maximum of 3 children. Beautiful green and car-free park, lots of play options and a beach nearby. Near golf course and large marina, indoor swimming pool, children's playground, bicycle rental, bowling and brasserie. And 20 minutes from the great North Sea beaches!

Our cottage is located in the holiday park "Het Oude Nieuwland," from which you can walk to the beautiful North Sea beach in a few minutes. The first beach pavilion is right at the first entrance, two more follow not far away. In the park there is a snack bar with typical Dutch delicacies and a large playground. Please note: the bedroom with the 1.40 bed is a passage room to the bedroom with a single bed!
