Very new apartment, with great amenities. Used gym and pool several times

Outstanding apartment in San Jose’s best neighborhood and one of the best buildings - really optimized for AirB&B. Good water pressure in a very large walk-in shower. Plenty of kitchen utensils (including. coffee maker & tea kettle), huge refrig & freezer and totally useable space in the kitchen. Very comfy mattress, bed linens and pillows. Great wifi and smart TV. Comfy chairs in the living room. Super smooth, polished/stained concrete floors give the unit a very industrial chic look. Gorgeous under cabinet lighting creates real ambience. Superb laundry facilities on level 6 - no need to buy any detergent! URBN’s common amenity areas are without parallel in San Jose but unfortunately not open to guests not on your AB&B reservation. On previous visits, URBN’s reception desk staff were a highlight of my experience; this time , some viewed guests as a nuisance and never missed an opportunity to be brusque and rude. Would love to return to Buk’s unit 1803!

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!

Rigo is an excellent host, I loved the excellent communication he had from the beginning and I take a lot of encouragement. The apartment was like feeling at home, and I was fascinated by the cleanliness and cleanliness in everything. I am very satisfied because more than a home, it was a pleasant experience.

Yanitxa, I have stayed in 10-12 of the units in Nucleo Sabana and this had the best fit for me. Exceptional comfortable, all new linens and fixtures, corner suite and a wonderful ambient sound of the river below. And a mid stay check in from the host making sure I was comfortable and requiring of anything else. I could not recommend a place more highly!

Gabriel was an excellent host. The place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it a great experience in the accommodation, the building where it is located is amazing and the whole team welcomed us with a smile. I definitely recommend this place.

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

Secrt is definitely a gem. Wendy's apartment is an experience from comfort to excellent views of the metropolis. Being able to use all the building's amenities is a plus and the heated pool is great. Although we didn't buy anything, Wendy had amenities on hand for sale, which we think is an excellent and interesting proposal. Wendy was friendly from the start. An excellent choice.

Everything was great. The bathroom was a little unclean (there were used shampoo sachets from the previous customer) and one of the fans wasn't working. Otherwise, the place is extraordinary. The value for money is excellent and it is also totally quiet, no noise, no clutter and very classy. I recommend it without hesitation and when I return I will stay there again

Great place and amenities. My favourite was the huge balcony with the view of the clouds and hills. There’s a supermarket next door, makes stocking up on essentials very easy. There’s weekly cleaning too, so extremely convenient for long stays,

we ran into a major snag that was not at all the fault of the host, but people should be aware and hopefully the building will communicate better in the future. Management posted in the elevator that power would be out from 7:30-8:30 in the morning on Easter Sunday. Inconvenient enough, but electricity (elevators) we're not restored until about 12:15! We had luggage and are both disabled. So we were stuck. There was also no communication from the building that it would have extend that long past the scheduled time. otherwise perhaps we could have hired someone to help? So we missed expensive flights for 3 people, and also expensive, important medical appointments in Mexico. I think we had some insurance so will probably get some reimbursement, and the hosts were very generous and offered to help. I assume this was an unusual situation. Aside from that, this is a beautiful apartment and wonderful building. Views from Secrt Sabana and Sky Garden in mornings are spectacular.
