Cleaning to be done by you before departure but a €30 fee can be set up if you do not want to do it yourself.

Small house of about 35 m2, close to the city center, the beach and hiking, the Golf des Pins, and also the Golf des Dunes, and the equestrian center. Fully renovated house!! A garage is at your disposal, as well as 2 bikes, anti-theft, and tools for adjustments, and a pump, if ever, you need it. And recently, we have made a Tandem available to tenants.
