St François district accessible by car from the center of Grasse, by bus (Line 9 Jeanne Jugan) or even on foot (30 minutes with unevenness) The owners' house is still under construction but does not generate any nuisance.

Joli appartement 3 chambres avec un vaste salon équipé d'une cuisine américaine, une vue magnifique sur le port de Golfe Juan. Cet hébergement élégant est parfait pour 5 à 6 personnes. Donnant directement sur le vieux port de Golfe Juan, tous les commerces et restaurant directement accessible vous offre une ambiance typiquement méditerranéenne. La gare (SNCF) et les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied ainsi que les plages. Accès facile et rapide pour Cannes , Antibes, Monaco et Nice.

Free, closed, reserved parking. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shops, trains, buses...... 50 m from the pier for the Lérins Islands or Saint Tropez.

Located in a car free small alley and overlooking the old port of Napoleon de Golfe Juan, easily accessible on first floor, this 2 bedrooms apartment is welcoming, quiet and surprisingly up to date after a long and thorough refit. Every amenities you may need are just at hand, a few steps from wonderful restaurants along the port, and only 200m away from 2 fine sand beach. An ideal place to enjoy the Provençal vibes and a relaxed seaside time!

Lots of space and light, bohemian style interieur with a touch of modern art. The view within 180 degrees is breathless and leads you to far horizons. West le CAP d'ANTIBES, east les ILES DE LERINS. Right above the old harbour and the restaurants yachts cruisent and dock. 2 marvellous beaches in 300 et 600m foot distance. town center and station in 5 min by foot, Nice airport in 30 min by bus or train . Enjoy!
