Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

We had a lovely stay at Imraan's! The house and the view were so stunning and that made one almost not want to leave the house at all. We also got great recommendations and communication was also very easy. Thank you!

What a wonderful time we had in Alex’s beautiful Higgovale House with its special atmosphere. A home from home we felt immediately at ease. The tropical gardens give the feeling of being in the midst of the jungle - despite being only minutes from the lively Kloof Street with its many restaurants and coffee shops (wine bar/coffee shop/deli Tamboerswinkel deserves a special mention). We felt very safe at night and enjoyed being able to access Cape Town‘s sights quickly. A highlight was our hike to Lions Head - again only a stone throw away from the house. Alex’s great communication throughout our stay was not surprising, given his friendly welcome and advice and whilst we didn’t stay long enough to get to know her, housekeeper Barbara also seemed very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Beautiful home and a great space for a family or small group. Located just down the road from botanical gardens in a gorgeous neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our group included a couple of small kids so we appreciated that there were plenty of at-home activities when we were not out and about in Cape Town (pool, hot tub, playground, smart TV, books). Wish we could’ve stayed longer — hope to come again!

The location for the Tree House is simply fab!!! Views of the mountain from the house and quite centrally located to move around near hout bay, and even V&A was not too far! We’d go back in a heartbeat!

We were fortunate to have booked Glen Villa, as it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Mary-Louise greeted us with a warm smile, took us on a tour of the villa, and provided us with detailed information about everything it had to offer. The view was breathtaking and simply amazing, as advertised. The villa was spacious and ample, and it was cleaned every day. We were also offered a convenient laundry service on-demand. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Mary-Louise for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to Glen Villa in the future.

We had an amazing time at Jochen's House in Cape Town! This was our second visit, and once again, everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the stunning rooftop view and the relaxing jacuzzi. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay!

This house is in a great location and has a really central city feel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has all essentials available and there is a lovely cafe across the road which does good breakfasts as well as other restaurants a few minutes walk away. It is well located in central Cape Town making all tourist attractions easily accessible. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were very grateful for this as we locked ourselves out and within twenty minutes someone was able to open the house up and let us in again! Can really recommend the house to anyone who wants to get a feel for more central Cape Town.

Admittedly - the photos in the listing look too nice to be true, but if you are in the apartment, then everything is even better !!! This incredibly breathtaking view of Table Mountain and the bay - you don't really want to leave the apartment again. But that would also be a shame, because the close to the beach invites you to extensive walks and various restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is functional, smart and nicely furnished. Everything is very clean. The quality of the mattresses ensures a good night's sleep after intensive vacation days. The rental car can be safely parked on the premises. In short, I was there for four days and would have loved to spend a few days, but unfortunately the holiday was over. What a great end to the vacation! Thank you Liz !!!

We have just had a month's stay here and could not have been happier with everything - host, accommodation and location. The accommodation was spacious and extremely comfortable and we really felt at home. Spencer is an amazing host - he is on things straight away and is super friendly. The location was excellent - close to Constantia Village with shops and supermarkets and a short walk/drive to the wine farm Uitsig with its many restaurants which have lovely views and a really pretty rose garden. There is also a river walk a short way down the road from Spencer's house ( right turn past the horses) that is very pretty. We loved our long stay here and can highly recommend it to locals and visitors to Cape Town. Ticks all the boxes

Mieke’s cottage truly is a home from home. The home has all amenities, modern and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. There was a lovely welcome selection of drinks in the fridge, and a lovely bottle of wine. Lozanne is a wonderful host - she is attentive and kind. The children (and the adults) absolutely loved the animals. The splash pool was a lovely treat. We stayed for just over two weeks, and we were so sad to leave. We felt safe and secure at all times. When needed, Lozanne and her husband were on hand when we had a question. We hope to return to stay at the cottage when we visit in 2026. 5 stars in my opinion. Thank you for making our visit to South Africa such a special one.

amazing place that allows easy access to most tourist spots in Cape Town whether city, camps bay, muizenberg, Simonstown and boulders. place is beautiful and has such a nice feeling for two families to spread out. Debbie was super responsive, checking in and out was more than accommodating for our needs. Highly recommend to all. Fantastic stay

Perfect location for city vibes. The patio with Mountain View was to die for and hosted memorable family reunion braais. Kitchen had everything we needed. My sons took a quick uber to table mountain early for a sunrise hike.. while we did the cableway. Washer and dryer was great to have. We felt right at home. Secure. Two parking bays. We ubered all over the place, Uber was always quick to respond. We walked Bree and Kloof street for shopping; and had lunch at “Our Local” which was recommended by Johan and we second this emotion! The food was incredible. No complaints. Beds comfy with electric blankets if needed. Close to everything. Wonderful stay. Debbie who came in to clean on the last day was a gem. Thank you for everything!

The condo was just like the pictures. Spacious and well stocked. The location was good, easy walk to the waterfront and felt very safe. Glad we stayed here.

Michelle is a superb host. I felt very lucky to have stayed at the Cottage. Michelle’s clear and easy communications took the stress out of a rushed trip. It’s lovely to have such a welcome and introduction to all the cottage’s facilities( and there are many) The place is immaculate and so very comfortable, one lacks nothing that one would have either at home or travelling. But it’s how gorgeous it all is, that has me struggling to describe it. The garden is fabulous, from the avocado pear tree at the door, to the indigenous plants, from the huge mature trees, to the view from the garden over the mountains and the edge of the ocean. Home made fudge, iced lemon made from lemons from the tree waited for me. Silence at night, no sound at all except the owl at times. I had perfect peace whilst knowing Michelle was at hand if I needed anything. I can’t wait to return and can see that planning future trips will definitely centre round whether the cottage is available.

Candy’s place is everything you need and more to have a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing vacation. Wake up with stunning views in the morning, relax in a peaceful courtyard with a pool, enjoy a relaxing time reading one of the many interesting books available on the shelves in a happy, friendly decorated interior and a large family size table to enjoy a meal. The location is very clean, safe, secure and comfortably within reach of many gorgeous attractions, museums and Cape Town international airport. Candy’s place is a must on your next visit to Cape Town.

Pierre’s 1 bedroom apartment in Cape Town is comfortable and has a great view of Table Mountain and Lion’s Head. You can watch the light change from dawn to sunset from the big livingroom windows. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given that it is in high rise building with many other apartments surrounding it. The people who work at the reception were friendly and helpful and we felt safe inside the building. The bed is comfortable and overall the apartment is clean and functional. We were there at the start of summer and the space can get hot and stuffy in the afternoon when the sun pours in. There are two standing fans but they don’t do much to help cool the air temperature. The kitchen is sufficiently well outfitted for making basic meals and we appreciated that oil, vinegar and other pantry basics were provided. Dominique, who welcomed us and gave us our orientation, was very sweet and communicated well with us. This is a good place for a couple to stay when visiting Cape Town.

We could not ask for a more cozy stay in Cape Town during Autumn. This is the second time we've stayed here, this time for a month and the morning panoramic view and sunlight filling the house each day were enough but the endlessly supplied wood for a small price kept the house cozy all through May. My daughter commented on how nice the air is and so did a few of my guests. It is just so pure up at the foot of the mountain and we enjoyed all that nature had to offer at our doorstep as the mountain and forrest trails are a few steps off the front door. Every space in the house is just perfect. Loved the fact that the "TV room" was totally separate and almost sound proofed from the rest of house. But the Main attraction for me was the kitchen. I loved cooking in there with my family and having the open space flowing into living areas. Truly inspiring for design and functionality. The housekeeper, Ephrahim was also, so helpful and had a smile on his face whenever I saw him.

I feel so lucky we found Michelle’s place for our stay in Cape Town. Our visit was ultra luxurious. The panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the cliffs of Table Mountain on the other side was breathtaking. We had a cozy fireplace to keep us warm. Michelle was very communicative and welcoming. We would not hesitate to come back and I’ll recommend this property to all of my friends.
