After a day in the city or a bike ride through nature, it's wonderful to come home. This is not a standard holiday house, but our own family home. You can feel that in the warm atmosphere, the high-quality furnishings and the attention to comfort.

Our amazing Dutch lake house in a quiet village 15 km from Amsterdam is perfectly placed for a city meets nature stay, with a great garden overlooking the water and plenty to appeal to traveling families. It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Located next a main access road with fast connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht (15–30 min). Train station is 5 minutes away. Perfect for nature stays with easy access to the city.

Oldest Houseboat in the Netherlands - De Zwerver

Step aboard a unique piece of history dating from 1900, offering modern comfort and space. This authentic studio ship combines original wood carvings and historic charm with a fully modernised interior. The ship is excellently maintained and offers a premium accommodation experience. Artist, architect and explorer Wijnand Otto Jan Nieuwenkamp designed it as both a houseboat and a studio. The ship is fully equipped and is now available as accommodation.

The guesthouse with large garden is located on the river Vecht. It is a detached house with a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and on the first floor a large loft with beds for a total of 2 adults and 2 children. There is a pellet stove for cozy warmth and a terrace right on the guesthouse. There is also a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen on the river where it is nice to sit. Even on cold days through the glass sliding doors.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.
