The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building "Villa Wierch" in Krynica Zdrój, walking distance from many attractions.

I am inviting you to “Chabrowo”, country house on Klimkowka Lake, surrounded by forest and hills of Beskid Niski (Special Protection Zone for Birds Nature 2000). Comfortable and cozy space (220m2 + 70m2 terrace) for up to 10 people in line with wabi sabi architecture. “Chabrowo” is an ideal place for holidays or workshops (yoga or various types of courses). There are no neighbours in the area. The only neighbours that might disturb you are deers, that often come right in front of the house.

House on the trail

The house, as the name suggests, is located directly on the blue walking path. We also call it "House in Czarna D" because it is located at the very end of the village of Czarna and you can feel here like you are at the end of the world. It's easier to spot a deer than a tourist on the nearby trails, and roes can sometimes be seen from the window of the house. The cottage is an excellent base for visiting the mysterious Beskid Niski Mountains or relaxing at Lake Klimkowskie.

Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage. On the ground floor there are terraces, on the first floor there are two balconies with beautiful views.

Thanks to its location on the second floor, the Emerald Apartment offers a delightful view. In the summer season, you can enjoy the balcony, while in the winter season, panoramic windows allow you to admire the landscape. The four-person studio is an oasis of peace and relaxation, with tasteful extras in deep, emerald color. A large bed and a double sofa bed are provided for sleeping.
