We had a lovely stay! The building is very well kept and in a great area, with a nice spot for breakfast just across the street. The keys handover with the porter lady was super smooth. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well equipped. Karina was always quick to respond and very kind. Would definitely come back!

Luxury 2 BDRM Getaway + Free Parking

The flat was lovely. Unlike some Airbnb-s it felt like home and we got used to it very easily. It was clean and had all we needed. We had a car so having free gated parking was a huge bonus. The building is new, high class and feels this way from entering the lobby. It has a metro (tube) station very close by so perfect for links to the airport and city centre. It is located on a busy road, but that wasn’t causing trouble (not for us anyway) as the flat is quite high up. We actually quite enjoyed traffic gazing at night :) Denislav and Michaela were both really helpful (we had a little remote control panic), but they responded very well and we didn’t have to wait for long to get a reply (which, from what I read for other rentals is sometimes an issue). We had a great time and will happily use this flat again when we’re in Sofia :)

Todor’s apartment is just around 20 min from city centre and a great place to stay in Sofia. It has good connectivity even during night. Apartment was clean and had all basic facilities. Todor was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions to visit nearby cities.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!
