Our villa of 200 m2 is a haven of peace located 300 m walk from the beach of Nogent, in a residential area of Sainte Rose. It offers sea views, has an infinity salt water swimming pool and a beautiful tropical garden (ylang ylang, banana trees, mango tree, several varieties of palm trees, guava, etc.) on 2700 m2 fenced, with a carbet. Two charcoal barbecues (in the garden and in front of the house). Presence of water tank to compensate for possible water cuts.

Small studio with panoramic view, double bed (-10 cm) and double sofa bed (4 people exceptionally, only for one night). Cold water, no fridge. Direction Petite Anse by the southern road (geolocation is not functional). I live below, when it is couples who book, I sleep on the sailboat (possibility of ride in dinghy mode, depending on weather). The whole is a pottery workshop, where it is possible to learn the potter's wheel.
