The house has 2 bedrooms, a pantry, a kitchen and a TV room, as well as a small area in the back. It has a private garage, Wi-Fi and TV with Globo-Play and Premiere FC subscriptions. Pets may be allowed upon prior consultation. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Feel the unique experience of living like the locals.

We have two other houses on the property, Ranchinho, 200 meters away, and Casa Cambará, 60 meters away. Separated by woods, all have privacy. The house is for the exclusive use of guests, so guests are not allowed to have visitors. Silence on the property is essential. Music can only be played at low volume.
