The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, with a warm and cozy pool. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Had a great stay! The apartment is very good and very well located, making it easy to access everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive and kind throughout our lodging, always available to help. A special highlight was the swimming pool in the apartment — my 2-year-old son simply loved to spend the afternoons on it. It was a separate attraction for him and made our experience even more special. I definitely recommend it, especially for families with children.

We spent a wonderful extended holiday in this seaside house! The house is super spacious, accommodated the whole family in great comfort and is literally on the edge of the beach. Everything went well during the stay, we enjoyed a lot and the children had a lot of fun! Luciano was a super attentive host, always ready to help with whatever it took. Would recommend your stay!

Excellent accommodation! Everything is very new, clean and organized! It is quite spacious and has a great barbecue/balcony space. Diogo was extremely helpful, fast and proactive in communication! I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back.

I had an amazing experience at the listing. The view is beautiful and offers a unique experience, both day and night. Admiring the sunset or watching the stars from within the jacuzzi was the icing on the cake, without a doubt. The space offers this, calm, privacy and nature contemplation. We had the bad luck of the housekeeper being mowing the grass in two afternoons we were staying, 😂 but we handled it well. Still, when the mosquitoes appear, when the mosquitoes appear, but it goes beyond the control, I don't know if there is a way to solve this, but it is worth trying to get a lot of trouble. Other than that, we had difficulty in the entryway that is very narrow, my car is big but it's not 4x4 so every time we were going up we needed a lot of effort and a lot of manosbras, at first it was difficult, but then we got the hang of it. The bathroom was also leaking, ended up wetting the floor after the bath, worth repairing. We missed a large mirror. These are only suggestions to improve what is already great. ♥️
