We had a really nice stay at Nadia and John's cottage. The deck was fantastic, and the cottage was really clean and comfortable. The week went by too quickly.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway, and loved that we could bring the pups with us! The hot tub and pizza oven were amazing, and the outdoor set up was beyond what we anticipated- games and multiple seating areas! We will definitely be going back!

Harsh’s cottage is pure magic. Surrounded by peaceful nature and trails, it’s the perfect escape. The open-concept king bedroom with sunrise views, the soothing jacuzzi, and the dreamy outdoor fireplace under the stars made every night unforgettable. But the highlight - Harsh helped my Fiancé plan the perfect proposal. We returned from dinner in Ottawa to find rose petals, glowing candles, a “Marry Me” sign on the deck, champagne, cake, and a handwritten card. It felt like stepping into a fairytale. Harsh went above and beyond with heart and care. A mesmerizing, romantic haven we’ll never forget. Thank you, Harsh.☺️

The cottage was very clean, and had everything needed to make you feel right at home. Attention was paid to every little detail. This cottage was absolutely beautiful and I would rent it again in a heartbeat! Scott has been wonderful to deal with, he is very communicative and easy to talk to.

Kim & Scott’s Honey Bear Cottage is a beautiful, peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The setting is incredibly serene, yet there’s lots to do both at the cottage and nearby. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Kim & Scott were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy. It was the perfect spot for a getaway and we had an amazing time. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

It was a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Having a hot tub and fire pit by the water was great.

We’ve booked with Alain multiple times now because his cottage truly offers one of the best values out there. It’s always clean and cozy, and the jacuzzi is a fantastic touch. The location is great too—just a relatively short drive from Ottawa, making it a perfect getaway without spending hours on the road. Highly recommend—10/10, would definitely book again!

the cottage was so beautiful, very well equipped & a real gem of a stay. we enjoyed the beach & the outdoor sitting areas...so relaxing. the beds were so comfortable, we all had peaceful sleeps...our family truly needed this stay. thank you so much, a lovely place.

This cottage is a small slice of paradise! The cottage is cozy and well-equipped, and the property is beautiful and easy to explore. We came with our 8-month old, and it was so nice to have children's books, different toys, and the play structure outside. We enjoyed a hike around the small lake, and we are hoping to return in the summer to get in the water.

Place is absolutely beautiful, better in real than pictures. There’s a lot to do to keep yourself busy or just chill by the lake or canoe. Take your coffee and take a walk in the backyard pine forest in the morning. Host was very nice and communication was smooth. I would definitely stay in this place again.

The response from the host was so quick and helpful. We had a great quiet weekend!

Our trip was for skiing at Mount St Marie (btw we liked the mountain- well groomed, not crowded and reasonably priced lift tickets) - we liked this small and cozy cottage - it was only 7 min away by car - good accommodation for skiers.

Thanks for a great stay. We had everything we needed in the house with wonderful access to a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards to explore the expansive shoreline. The location is near some walking trails in the woods which our dog really enjoyed. The cottage was adjacent a public beach which was busy on the weekends, however nice and siren on the weekdays to sit and watch the sunrise. We would certainly recommend and stay again.

It is a beautiful place and just like the pictures wonderful owners and were very open to our special needs. Open communications and they check in to see if there is anything else you need or if something is missing. Great location and private. We have referred this location to other members of our family and will look and see if it is available the next time we come this way

Marc Andre was a fabulous host, he was very responsive, brought us more firewood when needed and kept the laneway clear of access snow. The house/cabin was very nice and worked out well for us. We booked this place 30minutes before arrival as our previous airbnb had some unforeseen issues. The only drawback of this rental was no direct snowmobile access so we had to trailer 10km or run the highway. We were fortunate the highway had adequate snow on the shoulder.

The host demonstrated exceptional hospitality and promptly addressed all our inquiries. The cottage had many amenities aside from the lovely view and water activities. The kitchen was also well-equipped, which made it very convenient for my friends who love to cook. The cottage was charming, and we will certainly consider booking it again in the future.

Le chalet et le terrain sont magnifiques ! Nous avons passé une merveilleuse fin de semaine a profiter du lac et du beau temps ! L’hôte était très réceptif et les instructions était très clair ! Je le recommande fortement ! 😀

J’ai passé un séjour absolument ressourçant dans ce magnifique chalet. L’endroit est paisible, entouré de nature, avec plusieurs espaces confortables et intimes où l’on peut vraiment décrocher. Les chambres sont bien espacées les unes des autres, ce qui permet à chacun de profiter de moments de calme et d’intimité. Laura est une hôte attentionnée et toujours disponible en cas de besoin, tout en respectant notre tranquillité. Et que dire du lac… un véritable havre de paix. L’eau est claire, le paysage superbe. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reconnecter avec soi-même ou simplement savourer le silence. Je repars reposée, heureuse, et déjà nostalgique. Je recommande ce petit coin de paradis sans hésiter.

Cute and clean place with gorgeous lake view. Tiffany and Alex are lovely and caring with great energy, they did thoughtful things which made us feel looked after, we were really impressed, Would love to go back, in fact we can’t wait to go back and maybe this time we get to visit their beautiful farm as well ♥️♥️

Мы отдыхали с семьёй, выбрали это место хотели быть близко к воде. Дом на самом берегу реки , очень красивый вид с окна и с тирассы, вода очень успокаивает. Есть камин , можно насладиться прекрасной атмосферой. Внутри нас ждал сюрприз много вкусняшек и видов кофе и чая. Отдых был сказочным. Дженифер невероятно приятная и отзывчивая.Планируем сюда вернуться опять.

un merveilleux week-end entre amis, même s'il ne faisait pas très chaud, nous avons adoré profiter de la vue sur le lac et pêcher 2 beaux achigans!! Le chalet était confortable, il y avait des jeux de société et même la télé (Crave) pour les moments tranquilles. Chris nous a accomodé avec l'heure de départ et répondait très vite à mes messages! Nous étions à 30 minutes environ des activités que nous avons choisis dans le parc de la Gatineau. C'était parfait pour se déconnecter !
