Beachfront holiday rentals in Grad Cres

Hard to add anything else to the already great reviews of Patricia's place. The surroundings are beautiful, the place is clean, quite and private. We visited at the beginning of the season in June but I cannot imagine there being more people on the beach during high season. I'm not sure there is another place like this where you are almost completely alone, definitely not in this price range. The road is fun, but we drove it up and down every day without a problem. Patricia and Boris were very friendly and helpful. The internet reception is good enough for checking the weather or looking up where to go. Otherwise, bring lots of books and wine. :)

Very nice host and her husband. Beautiful clean accommodation suitable for 4 people, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, functional air conditioning, large fridge with freezer, balcony with a view, possibility to use outdoor grill, privacy and peace. Very close to restaurants and the beach, choice of beaches, suitable with a dog. We received excellent homemade wine from the hostess. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would love to come back again. Those who want to avoid crowded beaches will find divine peace here. I definitely recommend and thank the host.

This apartment was perfect launching point for exploring the island. The place was very cute, clean and had everything we needed. We loved our time here!

The place exceeded our expectations—it's even better than the pictures! The apartment is spacious with a beautiful terrace draped in grapevines during August. The bedroom’s large balcony offers a stunning sea view. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh upon arrival. The location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center, where there are plenty of restaurant options. Zeljo, the host, was incredibly friendly and always available when we needed anything. I highly recommend both the apartment and Zeljo, and I’ll definitely return next time!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell’appartamento, moderno, arredato con cura (tutti come da foto).Marčelo e famiglia premurosi e gentili nel fornire indicazioni utili. Bellissimo uscire ed essere già in centro senza avere bisogno dell’auto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci ritorneremo 😊

Petite maison au cœur de la vieille ville. Accessible à pied et avec la voiture assez proche. C’est plus grand que ce que l’on s’imagine sur les photos. Il y a des moustiquaires, des volets et c’est très calme la nuit. À quelques minutes à pied du port, animé le soir et idéal pour une balade ou un restaurant. Kata est très sympathique, disponible en cas de besoin, ils habitent juste au dessus. Possibilité de mettre des vélos dans la sas d’entrée.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico: l’appartamento è nel cuore di Cherso e dotato di ogni comfort. Non vedo l’ora di tornare a Cherso per soggiornare di nuovo qui.

Lidija a été tellement gentille et aux petits soins pour nous, c’est très agréable. Elle était présente à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ. Les horaires sont flexibles. Le logement est neuf et d’une propreté remarquable. Il dispose des équipements mentionnés sur l’annonce. Il est très bien situé à un endroit stratégique sur l’île de Krk. Je recommande !! Diese Anwesen war ein Traum. Der Pool die Außenanlagen der geschützte Balkon einfach alles. Der komplett umzäunte Garten war perfekt für unsere zwei Hunde. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Was für uns wichtig war. Hafen liegt direkt unter dem Haus.( Hunde sind dort nicht erlaubt im Wasser) was aber überhaupt kein Problem war denn auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite konnte man super ins Wasser. Alles ist recht nah zu erreichen. Unten im Dorf gibt es 3 Restaurants. Die haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Größere Städte oder Strände sind leicht mit den Auto erreichbar. Auch ein Tag zuhause ging problemlos. Der große Pool der große Garten einfach ein Traum. Wohnungen sind getrennt. Wichtig evtl zu wissen wenn man mit Kindern reist. Beide Wohnungen waren mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber! Vermieter total hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und auch empfehlen

Appartement très sympa et récent avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La terrasse est magnifique, et le reste de l’appartement est très bien aussi dont le lit très confortable. Plage et quelques restaurants très proches. Par contre le centre d’Opatija est à 2/3kms à pied. Aucune plage réellement grande et pas de sable mais c’est la Croatie. Montagne à cote pour ceux qui veulent marcher. Pula, Trieste à 1h ainsi que la + grande grotte d’Europe. Hana qui nous a accueilli est très sympa. Il y a un SpA aux prix très accessible juste à l’entrée du bâtiment et une piscine commune pratique pour les jours où on veut faire trempette sans aller à la mer. Bon séjour à tous !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Lenie und Zoran sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist riesig und wunderschön. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum und der Strand liegt dir quasi vor den Füßen. Bei Fragen war Marina immer sehr schnell zu erreichen und sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Zeljka was very welcoming and a lovely host. The apartment is appropriately appointed, and it helps to have 2 bathrooms available when you are a family of 4. She knows the local area very well and was able to guide us regarding dinner and breakfast the following morning (we were eager to continue our trip and stopping at a cafeteria along the way was the ideal solution for us). We will certainly consider staying with her again in the future. Hvala puno Zeljka!

Great place to relax and unwind. Beautiful views and amazing beaches near by - short walk. Accommodation has everything one might need with a local shop and restaurant less than 5 min walk away. The hosts are very friendly! Thank you Matija and Isabelle!

Náš pobyt u Sanji trval týždeň. Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Apartmán zodpovedá popisu. Je čistý a útulný. Bol plne zariadený a nič nám nechýbalo. Výhľad z terasy je úžasný. Pláže sú v pešej vzdialenosti. Sanja je veľmi milá a priateľská. Vo všetkom bola nápomocná. Na správy reagovala okamžite. Za nás 100% spokojnosť. Ďakujeme za skvelú dovolenku. Radi sa sem vrátime. La casa è molto accogliente e perfettamente attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la terrazza e il silenzio. La spiaggia, a due passi, è meravigliosa e i tramonti fantastici. Hania e Angela sono state gentilissime e hanno sempre reagito velocemente ai nostri messaggi. Grazie mille! Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo splendido posto, appartamento bellissimo con vista meravigliosa. Casa con tutti i comfort. Devi solo essere fortunato a trovare vicini rispettosi e noi purtroppo non lo siamo stati. Consigliamo comunque di venire in questa splendida isola. Massimo e Stefania

Liljana and her family are very kind and accommodating hosts. We found all we needed at their cozy apartment. Terrace doesn’t have a sea view (but main bedroom window has it), but it is well protected from wind, rain and sun because one can close the shutters. Just a few steps away is the sea shore, a small grocery shop, a bar and four restaurants. We had great vacation there and we would recommend Liljana and her place to other travelers that like to enjoy holidays at a small fishing town.

Luka's place is simply perfect. The location is magical - perfectly remote and private, but a short walk to the most beautiful beach (there is a small private beach and jetty below the house as well) and a short drive to local amenities. The studio is compact, but with everything you need - the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom modern and the kitchen small but well stocked. The terrace is spacious with an outdoor fire, sun loungers and a good sized table, with the most beautiful view of the sea. We saw dolphins every evening, and fell asleep to the sound of the cicadas and waves lapping. Luca was charming - he's very responsive and helpful (he speaks excellent English) with lots of recommendations for things to do and see locally. The walk from the car park across the beach is really not a problem, just make sure you have a bag you can carry rather than with wheels. All in all, this is somewhere very special.

Lorena est une hôtesse formidable, très sympathique et toujours disponible. La communication a été excellente tout au long de notre séjour ; elle s'est assurée que tout se passe bien. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville, dans un quartier calme que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. À proximité, il y a de nombreux restaurants, cafés, le port, des plages, ainsi qu'un supermarché à une distance raisonnable. L'appartement était impeccablement propre et parfaitement équipé, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable. Nous le recommandons vivement sans la moindre hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
