Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grad Cres

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Damir sehr genossen. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt lief die Kommunikation sehr gut und vor Ort hat er uns viele Tipps gegeben. Untergebracht waren wir (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund) in zwei Wohnungen - eine größere und eine kleinere, in denen alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden war. Zudem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Damir wohnt mit seiner Familie direkt darüber, war also jederzeit für uns erreichbar und dennoch hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Das Haus hat ein großzügiges und gepflegtes Grundstück mit Pool direkt vor der Tür, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und einen super Grillplatz mit überdachter und beleuchteter Sitzmöglichkeit, den wir oft und gerne genutzt haben. Vielen Dank, Damir, dass wir unseren Urlaub bei dir und deiner Familie verbringen durften!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Herausragende Lage mit traumhaftem Blick über das Meer und die Berge. Besonders die große überdachte Terrasse mit komfortabler Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen. Kleine aber feine Badestelle in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die eingebaute Klimaanlage ermöglicht selbst an sehr heißen Tagen angenehme Innentemperaturen Josipa ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Mehrfach fragte sie nach, ob alles o.k. ist oder wir noch etwas brauchen -es war jedoch alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub braucht.

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn dort und was soll ich sagen… Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Kuchen und Saft standen im Kühlschrank bereit. Sanja hat uns direkt die Wohnung mit allen drum und dran übergeben und erklärt. Bei fragen konnten wir sie jederzeit ansprechen. Die von Sanja angekündigte Traubenernte hat die Familie schneller als der Wind erledigt und uns direkt mit der frischen Trauben und Feigen versorgt. Eins wissen wir sicher, wir kommen wieder! Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, spart euch das mitschleppen von Waschmittel, Salz usw. Sanja hat wirklich alles was man nur braucht. Sanja, danke für die tolle Zeit bei dir :) bis nächstes Jahr

We hebben een fantastische verblijf gehad. We hadden alle 4 appartementen met twee gezinnen en dit was ideaal! Elk ons eigen, maar toch gezamenlijk kunnen ontbijten op het schaduwrijke terras van de appartementen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het centrum en de supermarkten zijn op loopafstand en de mensen in Cres zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Plek voor onze boot was ook snel geregeld bij de trailerhelling vlakbij het centrum. Tegenover de appartementen was een ruim (gratis) parkeerterrein waar ook onze trailer van de boot gratis mocht staan. Al met al: topverblijf!

Danke nochmals für eure Bereitschaft, uns mit den Seekajaks sehr unkompliziert aufzunehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles Gute bis vielleicht mal wieder.

Hatten einen Mega Aufenthalt, wollten sogar verlängern! Wer allerdings Nudeln abkochen möchte sollte ein Nudelsieb mitbringen. Silvia ist mega nett und antwortet in kürzester Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nebenan gibt es Spanferkel, jeden Tag!

Lidija a été tellement gentille et aux petits soins pour nous, c’est très agréable. Elle était présente à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ. Les horaires sont flexibles. Le logement est neuf et d’une propreté remarquable. Il dispose des équipements mentionnés sur l’annonce. Il est très bien situé à un endroit stratégique sur l’île de Krk. Je recommande !! Merci encore !

Luka's place is simply perfect. The location is magical - perfectly remote and private, but a short walk to the most beautiful beach (there is a small private beach and jetty below the house as well) and a short drive to local amenities. The studio is compact, but with everything you need - the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom modern and the kitchen small but well stocked. The terrace is spacious with an outdoor fire, sun loungers and a good sized table, with the most beautiful view of the sea. We saw dolphins every evening, and fell asleep to the sound of the cicadas and waves lapping. Luca was charming - he's very responsive and helpful (he speaks excellent English) with lots of recommendations for things to do and see locally. The walk from the car park across the beach is really not a problem, just make sure you have a bag you can carry rather than with wheels. All in all, this is somewhere very special.

It's a great place to stay. It's very peaceful, and the apartment has everything you need. It's very close to the sea. This little bay of Cozici on the island of Krk is unique, and I will return. Cizici had everything I wanted from my holidays: great running routes, great coffee at the local Motika, and a great local restaurant. Our host, Duska, was lovely and recommended some good spots for us to visit.

Bozana ist sehr lieb und lustig, sie hat uns freundlich empfangen und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön,man hat reichlich Platz und besonders toll ist die Grillecke mit dem großen Tisch und natürlich der Jacuzzi. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nur leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell um. ❤️❤️❤️

Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, ma wszystko co potrzeba. Jego położenie jest 10/10. To nasz kolejny raz w tym apartamencie - uwielbiam to miejsce i bardzo polecam.

Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse, sehr schöne ruhige Badeplätze (mit Auto) schnell erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Istriens. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie nebenan. Gerne wieder

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Le plus de ce studio : l'emplacement !!!! proche de tout, supermarché, boulangerie, petit marché, plage...avec un accès avec escaliers. Terrasse très agréable, même si un peu bruyante.

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super terasa, čudovit pogled na obalo, morje je blizu, v stanovanju je vse kar potrebujete. Imeli boste lep dopust, priporočamo!

j'ai séjourné une semaine chez Jardan. L'appartement est très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Jardan est très sympathique et à l'écoute. La voiture est indispensables pour pouvoir se déplacer. Je recommande.
