Beachfront holiday rentals in Grad Kaštela

Peters place was perfect! It was exactly as described, everything was great in the house. We were 3 people and 2 dogs and had lots of space. We drove here and found free parking right by the house. You can walk to everything, grocery, local bakery, veggie market, restaurants and the beach. The fact that this is in an old town neighborhood with lots of locals made even greater. We would love to come back again.

Deni's place was perfect, small, but with everything you need. We stayed there for 3 days, and it was wonderful to wake up with the sea right in front of us. It's very close to the beach and the town center. Also, Deni gave us some really great recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing the hosts were lovely and we had the best time. The apartment was amazing with anything you could need. Ante gave us lots of advice and recommendations and we had the most lovely and peaceful holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you very much.

Nikola’s place was very comfortable, we felt at home instantly. His son was kind enough to guide us to good beaches and markets around. They were also kind with our late check out. Would totally recommend for a group of friends or a family, beautiful house in a strategic location.

Den Aufenthalt bei Adele empfanden wir als sehr angenehm und wir wurden super aufgenommen. Sie hat jederzeit auf Fragen reagiert und hatte immer eine Antwort parat. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Außerdem war alles super sauber. Jederzeit einen erneuten Besuch wert :)

I had a fantastic stay at Dragana's apartment! The space is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As someone on a workation, I especially appreciated the big desk in the living room, which allowed me to work efficiently during my stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights is that the beach is just a few minutes away, so I could easily go for a swim during my lunch break. Additionally, the apartment is located in a great neighborhood, with plenty of excellent restaurants and cozy café bars just a short walk away. Dragana was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even preparing some traditional nuts and local liquor for us to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. My small dog absolutely loved the courtyard, which was a great bonus for us. Overall, it's the perfect place for relaxation and productivit for both - humans and dogs 😃

Gorgeous spot outside of split (about 20/25 minute drive into the city centre) and same distance from Trogir. Lovely to be in a quiet place outside of the city with its own lovely restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries and beaches. Apartment was lovely, beds were comfortable, AC was a dream! Jelena was really helpful and instantly responded to my questions about parking in the city and recommendations.

Vielen Dank für Eure wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und die vielen Köstlichkeiten! Eure Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Toller Blick, perfekte Einrichtung, herrliche Terasse, die Lage direkt am Meer - unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen. Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt (zu viert wäre es auch perfekt). Ruhige erholsame Umgebung mit Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker und Supermärkten in fussläufiger Nähe. Dabei ideale Nähe zu Trogir und Split. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Lovely apartment so close to the beach - my 2 friends and I had the best time! The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee with a sea view and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

Ivan’s place was wonderful! We were not familiar with the area- and he made it extremely easy for us to find the apartment. Pictures and explanations of check in were super helpful. Really clean inside- and he even stopped by to see if we needed anything. Recommended a terrific restaurant too. Thank you Ivan! We’ll be in touch if we’re ever in the area again!

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber . Fußläufig erreicht man den Strand innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten. Diverse gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Mysigt hus med bra faciliteter, fin uppvärmd pool och mycket trevlig värdinna! Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Hana! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the ping pong table and the bikes. The beach is within walking distance, and both Trogir and Split are easy to reach by car in about 20 minutes. Very good communication with the host. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfekt plass for oss med eget basseng og gangavstand til butikker, restauranter og strand. Ryddig og rent og kjempe god service fra verten! Så hyggelige og tilgjengelig gjennom hele oppholdet og ordnet opp dersom det var noe. Anbefales veldig! ⭐️

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour, logement très bien situé, concernant les cloches de l’église nous vivons à côté d’un basilique en France , alors nous sommes habitués aux sons des cloches… Nous aurions apprécié de rencontrer notre hôte, cependant à chaque fois que nous posions une question, Ivana réponds très rapidement, nous recommandons. We couldn't have imagined a better stay! Vinko and his family were so wonderful and hospitable, they truly made it a special experience for our family (including our 2-year-old). We never wanted to leave. A perfectly- positioned property across steps from the water, beautiful fruit trees in the perfectly shaded yard, and a gorgeous patio for sipping some Croatian wine. Steps to good food, tasty ice cream, and a cute little winery. Close to the airport + lovely (and bustling) town of Trojir. Vinko organized a last minute boat trip for us to some nearby islands, which was so enjoyable. Thanks so much to Vinko + his family (including Simba + Nala) !

If you want to experience the "real" Croatia, Blanka's house is the way to do it! It's even more beautiful than on the pictures and basically right in the middle of the small viallge. Just sit outside the house or in the cafe next door (while the kids are playing on the playground), enjoy life and get to know the neighbours. After two days, it feels like you are living there for years. In a 15-25 mins car ride, you can visit Split, Trogir, nice beaches (while you have a small one just 2 mins away) and great restaurants. And on top of that you have a lovely host that will make sure you have everything you need. So if you are visiting this area, just book Blankas house and enjoy!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement : très propre, grand, très bien équipé pour cuisiner, calme. Le séjour a été bien agréable. La mer est proche avec de belles balades et des plages proche. Le parking sous la maison est très pratique, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur de passer par le passage étroit qui y mène. Le père d'Ivana nous a bien guidé pour passer la première fois.

Všechno se nám moc líbilo, v bytě je všechno potřebné, v kuchyni naleznete veškeré vybavení na vaření, majitel je velmi přátelský. Byt se nachází 3 minuty od pláže.U domu se nachází několik restaurací s chutným jídlem

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were so friendly and always happy to help with any questions or little things that came up. You can feel that they really care about their guests. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well looked after — everything was just as described. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
