Bright and friendly, our comfortable living room awaits you with two apartments of 50 sqm each with 4 beds and two extra beds if necessary. The house in which the two apartments are located is located on a quiet one-way street. It is surrounded on both sides by a large outdoor terrace, which in the rear part of the house, adjoins a densely overgrown forest and thus offers undisturbed, relaxing hours. A sufficiently large private parking space in front of the house offers space for your vehicles. The air-conditioned apartments each have two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two movable single beds, a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living area with TV, hallway, and a shower room with toilet and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven and sink. Hand towels and linens are included. The apartments are accessible through separate entrances and are only connected by the outdoor terrace. The living days are ideal for a couple of friends, or a large group. Away from the hustle and bustle of the beach or in the city, various seating options in the garden offer you a small oasis of relaxation that you can use for breakfast, for example, according to your wishes. 500 m separate the house from the crystal-clear and clean Adriatic island sea with pebble beach and unspoilt bay.
