Also, there is the sea view, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms on the first floor. This home is ideal for two families.

The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful view, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed if needed for a third person, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade just by the sea which leads to the center of the old town of Rab.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

The old town is about 7 minutes walk away from the house, and the nearest beach is about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Feel free to ask us about anything you are interested in, we will be more that happy to respond. We can also provide you with our own homemade olive oil, and vegetables straight from our garden.

We are renting a studio apartment in the heart of old town Rab, surrounded by medieval walls and four bell towers that represents the island. There is a beach near the house, viewpoint on the town with the beautiful park and many historical sights worth seeing.
