Very friendly and very helpful host. Very flexible checkin. Communication responses fast.There is a balcony to use with an amazing view. Aircon excellent, as was the Wi-Fi. A fridge was a big bonus to keep our drinks cool .Thankyou Iva !

It was a perfect vacation, we really liked it,more than we expected. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a magnificent terrace and a barbecue. The apartment itself was very clean, which allowed us to immediately relax (and not wash everything again,as it was in other apartments)The apartment smells of cleanliness,linens and towels smell fresh. It's a pleasure to cook in Marco's kitchen, there are a lot of dishes, household appliances, also the host of the house treated us with wine, there was water in the fridge. There was also another small gift for us on the table. A very comfortable bathroom in it also had everything you need. Marco thought of everything: mosquito tablets, necessary detergents, clean towels on the floor in the bathroom, an outdoor umbrella, badminton rackets, good and well-maintained furniture, barbecue tools,several coffee capsules and many more good things. The woman who helped us with check-in and answered questions was very nice. This was the best experience in renting on this site,we recommend it. The sea is nearby

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

I had a great time. Friendly, close to the store, easy to get to the beach and downtown. The apartment is clean. The stove is not easy, it took me 40 minutes to boil water for pasta. Plus, it's great. A great host helped us with transportation and recommended places to go.

Good stay in center of Zadar. I recommend for other, who want to stay near center of Zadar near old town and 15 min away of Kolovare beach.

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.

Gojko is a great host. This was our second vacation with them.

We stayed a month here and had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped as we cooked a lot at home and the view from the balcony was awesome. It's about a 20 min walk to the beach and about 40 min walk to the old town. Grocery stores are nearby and bigger ones about 15 min walk. Our host was super friendly, very kind and always quick to respond to any questions. Great stay would love to come back again.

We enjoyed the stay, it was everything that had to be in the apartment. The only thing we were missing was a washing machine :-)

… Super condition, host very nice, clean and modernly furnished. Washing 👍🏻 machine and dryer are available. Down the street about 100 meters from Lidl is a fine bakery . Tip: for the advertised excursion to the islands, be careful, costs €50-60 per person, on the so-called beautiful little island the tourists are all over each other.

We had a wonderful holiday at Radovan. Our apartment was great, the beds are very comfortable. The pool was great and our kids had a great time there. The location is great. Quietly located but still very central to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Radovan is a superb host, and he has a totally lovely mother who always greeted us with a nice smile. What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Everything was lovely for a relaxed stay within walking distance to Zadar, nice beaches, cafes & restaurants.
