The place is great. The family that lives in the property is very quiet and you don't notice their presence. They are always attentive to any questions and help if needed (shoutout to Rosa and Mario). The place is clean and quite safe. The parking is somewhat limited: there is only space for one vehicle.

Indeed a piece of heaven, very private, natural ocean pools stand out, the host is extremely welcoming, very cozzy place greay deal for a family trip!!! just get a pick up truck the ways is very difficult for a sedan car.

Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were looking to relax, and we were not disappointed. The beach is super nice and in front of the house, there are natural pools by the rocks, the house is super well furnished and the caretaker is super attentive. My children and I were fascinated. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return on our vacation.

This is the second time that we have visited this apartment, we like it very much, it is super close to Managua, the pool is steps away from the house as well as the sea! It's perfect for families and small children! We would definitely come back 🤗

What made our stay at Gabriela's place was the outdoor space, which was furnished incredibly, comfortable, clean and cool pool, and we spent most of our time there. The views could not be better, the surf was right there for us. We ate out for our meals, so we didn't use the kitchen. The absolutely BEST part of this trip for us was Ray, Angela, Sasha, and their furry pets Max & Gerry. They took such incredible care of us, and they immediately felt like family. We were sad to part ways with them. Keep note that this property is on the far north end of El Transito, so if you are wanting to surf main break, it is about a 10 minute walk each way.

Very cool and private resort stay! Our tiny home had a beautiful view of the ocean and was a 30 second walk to the beach. The home itself had everything we needed for a short stay, including personal touches that made it feel comfortable and relaxed. We were able to cook meals at the home or take a short drive to 2 nearby restaurants, swim in the extremely private ocean or a choice of numerous pools, then relax at home in the powerful AC as needed. Our hosts were so helpful - friendly on arrival and quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay. Always neat to see how fellow Canadians are living abroad! Would recommend the stay for those looking for a peaceful escape from the major cities. The resort is currently not at high occupancy and is very quiet due to this. A nice reprieve. Thank you to Sandee and co-hosts for the hospitality!

loved the place! it's small but it has everything you need. it has a rustic look but it has modern resources. The pool is big and great, the only thing is that if you're a swimmer be careful with the level change. also the floor is a bit rough. they do have dogs but just like any dog they're playful and need affection so please don't complain. overall I highly recommend this place. it's perfect to relax and get to know the place. the beach is awesome. Also, Karla is the nicest person in the world.

The house comes with everything you need to have a good time, it is spacious, ideal for large groups, the pool area is the best of the house. Alfonso was very accessible and permissive. We will definitely be back!

Wow! great house and don Nelson's service was wonderful. I would recommend in future remodeling to put a roof in the pool in the sun and buy a freezer. the refrigerator is very small for large families and getting ice in the village is a little dificil. but we spent 4 wonderful days and Jennelle was very good anfritriona. we hope to come back!

Everything's super cute!

Accommodations were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The housekeepers (Carlos and Juana) are always available if you need anything. We ran out of water, and Carlos went to the store and got us more in only a few minutes. Juana is a very good cook as well, and Carlos will pick up the ingredients if you want a particular dish. Ronaldo is always available and responds quickly. Ronaldo put us in contact with a driver who picked us up from the airport etc. I would not drive unless you’re a real adventure seeker. Use a driver for sure. Roberto was an excellent driver, and I always felt safe, but be prepared to speak Spanish here or use Google translate. The view of the beach is a million dollars. Simply incredible. The house and surroundings are super chill. We always felt safe too. I walked to town on several occasions, and I never felt threatened or uneasy. I even had people ask me if I needed help. Nicas are a very kind people. Overall, don’t hesitate to book here.

The property is very well equipped and in good condition. The space is large and very well distributed. The rooms were spotless upon arrival and the kitchen has everything you could need. In its entirety, it makes you feel safe and comfortable. It has a good-sized parking lot. And not to mention the beautiful view and proximity to the sea! It has spaces to relax and enjoy a lot. The host and his staff made our stay experience very good. From day 1, when I inquired about details, even before booking, I received friendly and warm attention. Pavel is very attentive. He gave us information about nearby restaurants and shops. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

excellent, we will definitely be back! We loved the house and the beach ! Hazel who welcomed us and gave us was very nice and helpful , whenever we looked for her, she took care of us very nice ! Rita our host was quick to respond, with a lot of flexibility and friendly! I recommend it 100%!

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!

Excellent location facing the beach. We enjoy the sun, the waves and the sunset throughout your stay. The beach remained quite empty despite being Semana Santa.
