We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

Laguna de Apoyo! Casa Mil Amores with Charm.

Wilmer was there to great us. We loved the dogs and neighbors were very nice. The landscaping is out of this world. The trees lit up at night were amazing. The natural tree canopy above the hammock was great(our first night it was raining but we could stay in the hammock area and not get wet. The lake is very refreshing and clean. At sunrise and sunset...e every bird and monkey is creating a melody. The perfect place to relax and be with nature. Marcia was a available as well as Wilmer to respond to anything. This is a once in a lifetime experience. You will live the life of luxury during your stay

A little paradise, so lovely and quiet: all you here are the sounds of nature :-) The house is beautiful with the best panorama: the laguna ❤️ The room is big, light and with a beautiful view as well! Joe was a fabulous host , very attentive and quick to help solve any issues. The home is incredible and on a beautiful piece of property. The road to the home is bumpy and the driveway can be intimidating but we did it with a little car so it can be done. We loved joes home so much we'll try to get back in a few years. Nicaragua is a jewel of a destination and Joes place is worth the trip. FYI love the howler monkeys up at 430am with the roosters but you get use to it because the days are perfect weather 95% of the time.
