Holiday rentals with beach access in Grand Anse

We had a wonderful stay. The location offers stunning views, and the property itself is charming with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s just a short staircase down to a secluded little beach, which was a lovely bonus. Having a parking space was a big plus, especially since we had a car with us for all three days. Great restaurants and cafés were just a 5-minute drive away, making it super convenient. We highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Mahé!

Great place, close to restaurant and many supermarkets. The hotel has its own beach with chairs and shade (palm trees). A really beautiful beach. You can rent a car, and it's next to a bus stop. It's walking distance to Anse Georgette, and Anse Lazio. I really recommend this place, if you're going to Praslin!

Beautiful and clean studio with a spacious bedroom (comfortable bed), large bathroom (including Rain shower) and a small but well equipped kitchen as well as a terrace overlooking a small bay with beach. Everything as new and in good condition, the room was cleaned daily. Marie Annette is a wonderful and very warm host and lives right next door. Try your own cooked dinner, this will be served on the patio, just wonderful! Overall a great stay, we will be happy to come back

Pictures don’t do justice to the place. Her place is squeaky clean and spotless. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need. She was very helpful in helping us understand the area. The location is also perfect, centrally located. Be it the port, restaurants or beaches, everything was a short cycle away. We totally recommend booking your stay at Granite :D definitely one of our cleanest stay in all of Seychelles

The receptionist was extremely helpful, and we received excellent information about the area. I forgot something in the apartment, and a friendly employee was very helpful and even arranged for my things to be flown to Mahe. I'm very satisfied and would come back again!

Great accommodation 10/15mins away from Anse Lazio! We especially loved observing the bats at nightfall from the comfy sofas in the house. TV has Netflix and other streaming services and the owner filled the fridge upon arrival (which was very thoughtful). Bed is really comfy and overall the place feels like home. The owner is very nice and reactive :) Will book again!

Family stay with 3-year-old children for 8 days. The house is perfect, clean, the bedding is wonderful. The pool is splendid. Petra and Kevin her husband are super nice and present. Papaya every day to pick on the terrace, it's great!!! I highly recommend it because it is a very quiet place, the spaces are large, you feel very good in it!!! It is very well located because Anse Lazio is 15 minutes' drive away. Supermarkets, beautiful beaches and good takeaways 5 minutes' drive away. I recommend a car. Dave, Kevin's brother, gave us a private boat trip to Ile Cousine and a beautiful snorkeling spot. He was lovely and I also highly recommend it. Thank you so much for this beautiful stay!!!!

Our stay at Myra's was very nice. The accommodation was very clean and beautiful and also has a good location. Myra also helped us organize a rental car and was always easy to reach! A very clear recommendation for Praslin!

The accommodation offered by Annie and her husband was beyond our expectations! Beautiful, well decorated, well arranged and washed and tidied daily. Annie has always been responsive to my messages and welcomed us warmly. She is as adorable as her accommodation is beautiful. In addition, she let us enjoy the pool all the last day and was flexible on checkout times. We recommend it with our eyes closed and will be happy to come back

We spent two nights at Happy Stay Villa and Kannan made us feel like at home. He's a very friendly guy who got us everything we needed like additional towels or washing powder. He also prepares the best grilled fish on Seychelles, we were positively surprised when he proposed a dinner for us. The apartment is very spacious and cozy, and the whole place is kept very clean. Things i have to point out are these thorny plants, which are beautiful but not very good for running kids, and shower which is either hot as magma or cold. Overall solid 5/5.

Didier was always responsive in communication before and during the stay. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles is a big plus 20 min walk with climbing but it gives a beautiful view. The house is 20 meters from a bus stop. The nearest breath is just missing in Anse Lazio. We sometimes took away for the evening. We also had to deal with his sister and nephew for the transfer from the port, who are also very friendly (they do taxi if needed) When you arrive at Didier's there is lunch for several days with the homemade jam which is delicious!! And we can even make a meal in the fridge. Plus fruit juices and fruit chips! Very convenient also the mineral water dispenser with a large bottle of about 10l that gives fresh water for tea or coffee (which is of course present at Didier's) If I go back to Praslin I would go back to Didier's. The sound of the waves makes the stay peaceful. The cottage is located next to a small beach.

Beautiful house with a large garden very well maintained and a vast terrace very enjoyable! Excellent contact with the owner and impeccable cleanliness. A place exposed to the wind in August and bad weather unfortunately during our stay which did not allow us to fully enjoy the pretty terraces at the bottom of the house. Difficult road to access (be careful not to cross a bus!) because a little isolated...The road ends on the track! Nearby wild beaches and deserts.

the house i rented is made up of 2 floors .each floor has 1 apartament with.kitchen lounge bedroom huge and bathroom . there are big terraces. all is modern and clean with nice windows with glasses. position of house is superquiet no noise from roads cars neihhbours as.other houses are far. house is seaview and surrounded by hills and nature. all very beautiful i recomend

New, modern and very clean accommodation located in Grand Anse, managed by Gela and her family. Receptive and friendly host. We had asked for the possibility of early check-in, but it was not possible. They still greeted us with a tasty coconut and made themselves available to keep our bags until check-in time. The garden apartment on the ground floor is large and spacious. It has a small terrace on the condominium garden. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with every appliance, but a little lacking in dishes (there were no glasses, there were two cutlery per type, only one pot and one cup). There are no essentials (oil, salt, and sugar) but we found a few eggs and two bottles of water in the fridge that are very welcome. Air conditioning is only present in the room and in the kitchen living room there is a large shovel. Closed indoor parking with gate is equipped with cameras. Great location to visit the island is very convenient to amenities. Recommended!

This place was an amazing find!! It was very close to the beach. It was on the bus route to take you into town. The beach and rock pool were amazing. I caught fish at another beach area and brought them home to cook. Pina had a fish cleaning area and everything available to cook a meal. The air conditioners in both bedrooms worked great!!. The living and dining area were very spacious for family games we brought. Pina had games too. Her communication was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for a great stay.

Nunzio was the perfect host! He helped us with everything and made sure every day that we were happy. He gave us good information about how to get around and what to do. We are very happy that we found this guest house!

The location in Grand Anse was great! You could hear the waves crashing from your bed. It’s maybe a 30 second walk out of the apartment to the beach. The pool was also a nice treat and perfect to relax out of the sun when you need a break. I would recommend renting a car for other guests. Taxis are quite expensive for just a short ride and the bus, although it ran regularly, proved to be inconsistent and quite late at times. This certainly wasn’t why you travel all the way to Praslin but the tv shows and movies that were playing turned out to be very good. It was a nice way to end the evenings after many excursions. If you need to work while on vacation, it should be noted that the WiFi in most places on Praslin can be challenging and inconsistent. Basil and Samiah were very accommodating and made the place feel comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at their place.

Jaleen and her family are really great hosts! They were really helpful and friendly, always positive and smiling, which made us really feeling comfortable and trusting. The apartman is nicely made, top clean, very new. Although not directly at the see and not in hotel area, walking to the beach was absolutely ok. On our last day we could use the shower and had lunch at the apartman after check-out time as next guests were only coming later, which we overly appreciated! Also they arranged transfers for us for fair amounts. On the top of everything there is a washmachine in the apartman, that was priceless in the middle of our holiday, so a big extra compliment! We would definitely come back and recommend Jaleen's place! Thank you Jaleen&family
