Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Baie Public Beach

It was great staying at Eliott’s place! The villa was so clean and definitely recommend. As for the surrounding area, great spots and much to do.

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

nice accommodation. the only downside the road dangerous enough to go out and the beach difficult to walk because no sidewalk to go to the beach of the bowl.

We had a great 3 weeks in the house. Brand new, fully equipped with really everything you need to be comfortable with family and cook. Everything is really well thought out. Communication with Nazia was very smooth, well before the departure where we were able to ask her any questions. Isabelle on site was able to clean several times a week. Loved our stay. Everything went very well in Shandil's accommodation. There is a small private beach just below, it is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is well located, there is a large and beautiful beach 3m away by car with lots of shops / restaurants. Shandil is very helpful, we recommend this accommodation!

The place is huge and spacious. They have cleaner that clean the house every day. Host is easy to communicate and very responsive. Highly recommended

What a positive thing! I recommend it at all levels because beyond the human relationship, the accommodation is in line with the description and close to the essentials for those who do not have a vehicle. Radha and her husband are very warm and you can book without any apprehension.

Hosted by Saleem's brother, we stayed at this place for 1 week. Efficient, quick and accommodating check-in. Location close to the beach and some restaurants within walking distance as well. Deep and enjoyable pool! We would recommend this listing for a stay in the North of Mauritius. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely loved staying here. Both hosts were super friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The place was absolutely spotless and very spacious for our family of five. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

Great stay, Zozi and Kesley are very nice! They lent us a canoe (and life jacket!) and "escorted" us on our first outing! The neighborhood is very friendly. The accommodation is very well-equipped (for example, mosquito nets are installed in the bathroom and bedroom, at this time it was so hot that we used the air conditioning instead but it is certainly very useful at other times, although we did not see so many mosquitoes while we ate all the meals on the terrace), It's clean, well organized, there are even books in all languages! It is located a few meters from the main street but it is very quiet (birdsong...) In short, a very good stay!

Very nicely decorated place. Easily accessible location with a rental car. Optimally with the shared pool on the property. You can walk (15 minutes) or drive (5 minutes) to the beach and shopping. The equipment is great with the European sockets, super washing machine, great large rooms and the terrace on the 1st floor. The price-performance ratio is appropriate here.

Great place- everything we were looking for!

Small apartment very well located (2min walk from the beach) clean and with all what you need for a short stay. The residence is very calm and we also loved the swimming pool. Wendy is nice and available, I recommend

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! The sea is 2 minutes walking, as is the first restaurants. It was all very clean and as shown in the photos. We didn't miss anything because the host provided us with some information in advance. Very nice and accommodating host!

We had a great stay at Mag & Hervé’s place! It had everything we needed to feel home away from home. The overall property is well worth the value we paid for. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Hervé. He took the time to explain everything to us and was always readily available when we had questions throughout our stay. The property is well located (10 mins from Grand Baie by car and 10 mins from Mont Choisy Beach by walk) and private. We also found great restaurants around. Un immense merci Mag et Hervé. Nous espérons d’être de retour à Maurice très bientôt. Nous n’hésiterons pas à vous solliciter de nouveau à notre retour ◡̈ P. S. A local man on a motorbike sales Dal Puri in the morning. He rides up and down the street and rings a bell. Must try!

I had a fantastic stay of five nights, and it was absolutely worth it. Ashwin was incredibly helpful and proactive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Stayed at Geoffray's apartment for a full month It was an amazing stay we felt very much at home as soon as we arrived It's just a 5 minute stroll to a lovely beach and easy access to local buses . there's a local min market just up the road or a short bus ride to a very large supermarket for a bigger shop should you need it Geoffray's Mum & Dad were so lovely very helpful and on hand should you need anything We would highly recommend a stay here it really was the best Thanks again for an amazing stay Pete & Greg

We stayed 3 weeks at Devi's apartment and everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. The apartment is modern, bright, functional, secure and super clean. Devi is a wonderful person, welcoming, considerate, generous who cares about the well-being of their guests as well as being super responsive if there's an issue. We can only highly recommend Devi's apartment. We'll be happy to go back. We recommend renting a car to explore the island. Thanks again Devi for your hospitality!

A nice and big studio with a great terrace. Very quiet yet centrally located. The beach and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, if you want to go to other beaches, a scooter or car is recommended. The landlords are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bed is comfortable, the AC cools down, although it is also a little louder. Earplugs can help. Everything is divided as shown in the pictures: a bathroom, a kitchen with seating, a bedroom and a living room with sofa and dining table.

Very very nice home in quiet and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again if we are going to Mauritius.

The accommodation is in a peaceful residence, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. It was sparkling clean. Laurent was particularly welcoming and available, which went a long way in making my stay enjoyable.

it was a fantastic stay of 5 days with family... Jenny and Vincent were very responsive and helpful... the only thing I would mention, being an Indian, we were feeling need of a foster or jet spray in the WC... :-)
