Newly renovated and modern apartment in Grand Baie area, ideal for 2 to 3 vacationers. It is a peaceful getaway perfectly situated, very quiet, and 150 meters from the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. It has a comfortable queen size bed, air conditioning, TV, big kitchen, a spacious balcony and modern shower & toilet. The apartment has hot water in shower and kitchen. We have a free high speed Wi-Fi access at our apartment and a laundry room which can be used freely from our guests.

Beau Manguier villa is a quintessence of beauty lying in a peaceful haven. The entrance to the villa is private and the parking is separated from the garden by an old and imposing sculpted Java wooden door on which are fixed big oriental metal knobs. When opening the big doors, you will be enchanted by the long pool of slate and the clapping sound of the water being poured into the pool by the two Balinese goddesses who gracefully stand by the water. A beautiful nest in a peaceful haven.

From our booking to check-out Fabien was always available to answer questions and give advice as needed. The apartment was amazing with garden and we could walk right onto the beach and ocean. Christophe was also a great help with checking-in and was always available. A+++

Comme décrire ce séjour parfait : Un véritable petit coin de paradis à Grand Baie 🌴✨ La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos : décorée avec goût, propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Chaque détail est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la piscine privée, le calme absolu, les palmiers tout autour… c’est le rêve pour se détendre en toute intimité. La villa est dans une résidence sécurisée avec gardien, salle de sport etc et à 15-20 min à pied du supermarché et de la plage. Un immense merci à vous Jean-François pour votre gentillesse 🤩 et un immense merci à Karine et Laurence pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Tout le monde est très réactif dés la moindre demande et cela est trés agréable. L’immense + : le personnel de maison pour le ménage (en particulier Noëla qui est adorable, souriante et à toujours un petit mot gentil 🥰), la piscine et le jardin. Séjour inoubliable, je recommande les yeux fermés ! ?

Aryan place was wonderful! The unit: Luxury at best with a pool view. Both rooms are spacious and ultra modern. The kitchen and finishings are super high-end. My favorite part is the oversize balony over looking the resort style pool. It's soooo pretty 😍 I'm so glad I booked this unit because Mauritius goes to sleep at 5pm so I was able to spend a lot of time inside. Location: It's located in Grand Baie about an hour drive from from MRU (SSR) airport. I would suggest to rent a car to get to this location. the beach that's walking distance is full of rocks and Mont Choisy is full of stray dogs and cats. I would suggest driving 15 mins to Trou aux Biches. the best one in the area. Neighborhood: brand new and still building. The construction noisy is very minimal and did not bother me at all. Host: Aryan was A1. He provided great suggestions such as Moon Bar'k and going downtown to the harbor to dinner. I highly recommend and will be back. In the future to bring my daughter.

The stay was great! Salonee is so lovely and welcoming, so motherly and makes sure all your needs are met. Perfect for me as a solo female, barely 2 min walk from beach and bus stop. Great vibe on weekend as locals love this beach too☺️ Very much enjoyed my time here!

We had the best stay at this incredible villa in Mauritius! The garden and pool area were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical surroundings in a private setting. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and Catherine was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I booked this trip as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and Catherine was incredibly kind and decorated the villa and got us a cake, which made our arrival even more special. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommended this Villa!

Wir waren sehr glücklich über die Buchung! Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch um die Wohnung herum war es angenehm ruhig und zu Fuß konnten wir ohne Probleme den Strand oder Supermarkt erreichen. Damien hat uns bei Fragen schnell geholfen und bereits vor der Reise Informationen und Tipps zukommen lassen. Es war alles prima! :)
