Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating departure time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

We had a great stay at Laurence's. The accommodation was perfect (even better than in the photos, it is spacious) all the necessary comforts were present (great fitted and equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). What struck us most was Laurence's kindness and her good advice. We really enjoyed chatting with her. Laurence lent us masks and snorkels because we didn't have any. This allowed us to have a very nice snorkeling experience. His hospitality makes all the difference with all the Airbnbs we've done before. Thanks again for hosting us, we'll be back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay in Anaïs' apartment, with a breathtaking view. The accommodation is decorated with great taste, and Anaïs is an attentive, attentive and very available host. We'll be happy to come back, without hesitation!

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence to visit Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we experienced several consecutive days of total water outages (a recurring issue in Saint Francis, especially during heavy rains). The accommodation had a non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets, so we had to supply ourselves with drinking water, but the owner was willing to take care of it. This situation tarnished the stay, but not because of the owner, of course, but because of the local water distribution management structure. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

Excellent welcome from our hosts Catherine and Georges who are super considerate and attentive to our needs, it is really nice to be welcomed in such a kind and professional way in such a place the accommodation met all our expectations, it is well located, well equipped, very clean, and allows you to radiate to many places which allowed us to take great walks We thank them again very warmly

Our stay at this place was just perfect! The cottage is ideally located, offering both tranquility and proximity to points of interest. The concept of cottages is very well thought out, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. Congratulations on the attention to detail! Your wife and the whole team are remarkably kind and available, which went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. And what about the sunrise at the tip of the Castles... it was simply magical and unforgettable! In short, everything was perfect, and we leave with stars in our eyes. This rustic riverside cottage was the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. Tucked away in nature but only 10 minutes from the airport, it made our departure incredibly stress-free—without sacrificing the peaceful, off-the-grid vibe we were craving. The cottage is simple and rustic in the best way—clean, cozy, and full of character. The real highlight is the river just steps away, it felt like having a private natural pool right outside our door.

I stayed some days in Line’s cottage with a friend. The cottage is super, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Line is very friendly and took good care of us. The check-in and the check-out were flexible and easy. The cottage is pretty, clean and very quiet and the view is the best ever. We can warmly recommend the gîte to other travellers and would be happy to come back one day.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in over the past ten years. Everything is perfectly maintained and all amenities one could ever need are provided. The modern furniture is comfortable and usable. And yes, the view is mesmerizing and always evolving with the flow of yachts in the beautiful harbor below.

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
